My family loves to shop at this store all the time. Recently, I had some issues with a shirts I bought. The manager Ms. Law was so helpful and generous. She was very kind and solved my issues despite her busy schedule.
Thank you again and I'll continue to shop at this store! I also strongly recommend this store to other people.

The cashier was extremely rude and nonchalant, and acted as though I was bothering her. She could benefit from additional training in customer service and dealing with the general public. However, the sales floor associate, Layla, was very helpful and patient with me. After traveling thousands of miles, being treated the way the cashier treated me was completely disappointing and not worth the experience.

This is the Second time got disappointed at that store. Poor customer service. Not helpful at all. Never have the same issues with other locations. Love this brand but the second time buy nothing because of their bad service.

My husband and I visited this Ralph Lauren outlet store over the weekend and were impressed by the store size and amount of offerings as we first walked in. I fell in love with two blazers that were featured on the mannikins, but could not find them on the floor. It took 2 sales members 10 minutes to locate them for me, and all they had were size XXS. I needed a small, so that was disappointing. I did find a very cool racing jacket that thankfully was in my size (small). The price was $348 which was a great buy considering the quality of this amazing garment. I usually shop at the regular full price Ralph Lauren store, so I knew this was a steal! Later I looked on Ebay to see if people were selling the same jacket there, and the price was $600 for a used identical jacket! So even though I did not get the blazers I wanted, I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Polo Ralph Lauren was our go to spot to load up on clothes before leaving the U.S.,they had so many great deals. Well don’t know what happened but this store has basically become a regular Polo store with absolutely no deals like they had before. Jeans are over $150 with only 25% off. A couple years back I would get three pairs of jeans for $140, the price of one now. The kids Polo store is just as bad, $70+ for one pair of jeans. Polo, don’t call this an outlet store because you no longer have outlet prices. Go to Tommy or Lacoste nearby who do know the meaning of outlet prices.
