My wife and I came at 7:45pm, 15 minutes before close to purchase a bag we saw earlier. Yet when we arrived the door was already locked. I knocked for 5 minutes and watched as the employees hid behind the corner ignoring us. One of them even made eye contact and then walked away.Finally the manager let up and they all came crawling out of their hiding spot looking at us annoyed. Manager walks over angrily and unlocks the door. I tell him we know exactly what we want and will purchase the $2000 bag behind him. He’s rude and say they’re closed, yet I tell him every other store in the outlet closes at 8pm and their hours say 8 online.He refuses to let us in and tells us to try again tomorrow. We live two hours away. Talk about customer service from a luxury brand. Do not recommend.

Brian at the Palm Springs store was ever so kind in helping me go through several selections and ascertaining my current shoe size for my fav. SF styles. Also interestingly, after going through several other stores at the outlet without much for inventory, Ferragamo was quite refreshing with their assortment of elegant shoes, bags, belts, scarves, etc.

My wife and I walked in the store to purchase a dress shoes and a handbag for her , walked around tried to get some help but you could see their body language that they don't want to help for any reason. Could be they were tired or not having a good day. But walking in Salvatore Ferragamo's store you would expect at least someone say hi welcome.

One of the best stores at the Cabazon outlets. The staff I always willing to help and very accommodating. I mainly shop for shoes and never disappoints. The selection is limited but enough.

Great store . Staff was very polite and helpful .ready to help and not pushy ( unlike gucci) . Sadly the sizes ate very limited and tend to go fast . Price wise the shoes were from 900$ ish down to 600$ ish . Some more some less depending the model . Will go back again

I let this little gem of a store slip out of my sight while shopping at the Cabazon outlets in the past. I will not do that anymore I found an exquisite pair of $695 sunglasses for $160 that I just couldn't believe were available at that price ! Never underestimate a store whether large or small.. tucked away in a corner or not. This store is on my radar at long last.

The products at Salvatore Ferragamo are high quality but the service here leaves a bit to be desired. The store itself is quite clean and sleek. Their selection of shoes is decent, but do note that they might not always have your size. The shoes themselves look great and have a real premium feel to them. The employees here are friendly enough but I found them to be pushy. I was having trouble finding a shoe that I liked and that fit perfectly, and the employee helping was quite pushy. It felt to me that he just wanted to quickly make a sale. I was the only one at the store at the time. They also don't have any type of return/exchange/store credit policy, which is annoying. All of their products are final sale. No ifs, ands, or buts. This is definitely not the case with other designer outlets at this mall, so this doesn't make Ferragamo look that great in my opinion. So if you come here, make sure you 100% like what you're buying and make sure your shoes fit perfectly. So I love the items here but wish the service was better.

My pregnant wife went to buy some shoes, and they would NOT open the locked door for her 5 minutes before the store closed. I’ve heard about the “world class service”, apparently they discriminate against pregnant women that have a hard time walking, it is very hard to believe otherwise. People at this department store think they’re entitled by this act, and I will not sit around and let this go.

I had the most fantastic experience at Ferragamo this week! Brent, the store manager, is absolutely magnificent. He and Jason ensured I had an exquisite experience buying my first pair of Ferragamo shoes.I have wanted a pair of Ferragamo shoes for a long while, but I have really bad luck with designer shoes as I happen to have extraordinarily large feet for a woman. This is something I have much insecurity about and shoe shopping is always a daunting and often disappointing experience.Nonetheless, I decided to stop in and explained my problem to Brent. He went above and beyond to help me find shoes that would fit and to my surprise, I ended up with quite a few options.Needless to say, thanks to Brent and Jason, I'll be a life long customer. Thank you so much to both of you for all of your extra effort to not only help me find a pair of shoes that look and feel great, but to make me feel like a lady in the process. I cannot recommend the staff at this store more. Stop in and don't be afraid to ask for help; you won't be disappointed.

The Chinese woman is very rude, no greeting at all, and once we asked a nice guy to show us a bag, she just jumped in all of the sudden, and wanted to take the sale. We felt very uncomfortable and didn't want to buy from her. We said thank you but she was in bad attitute. Other guys are always been helpful in the store, she's not professional at Lall to be in that store.
