lazy employees with a horrible attitude, couldn’t even ask a question without feeling like if I was bothering him & handling my item very rudely, looking at me as if I was going to steal made me very uncomfortable. This employee dressed like if he just woke up, very bad customer service, makes me never want to go again!

My mother was there asking for shoe size etc. Was attended by kaelien with a horrible attitude. Asked to speak to a manager and said she was the manager so was no help. Definitely not going back to be treated that way.

More likely to get better service at a McDonald's than here. Do I have to toss the shoe at someone to get some help? Shopping online after that.
