Surprised to read the poor reviews. When I shopped at this location, the sales persons were very helpful. They suggested to ship my shoes for free as I didn’t have room in my carry on luggage. Got my shoes shortly after I got home.

Alex is the best! So helpful and kind, he helped me find the perfect gift I was looking for. Everyone is very professional and no one pressures you to buy, they show you things you will love. Definitely recommend this store and I'll be going back again.

There is a Chinese clerk named Frank in this shop. When the shop is closed, he only accepts live-streaming guests, telling others that the door has not been opened yet, and the service attitude is extremely poor.

I have mixed feelings about the outlet location. I agree that when I went into the store, there seemed to be a lack of customer service. Although, I don't really like it when they are clinging on to my every move either. That wasn't the problem. The problem is that I came to the store around 1:00 pm and the door was locked. There were two employees at the cash register just watching me trying to the door open. None of them attempted to make any movement. So I left but then noticed two other ladies try the door. I stayed and watch and the SAME THING. They couldn't open the door and they were waving down the employees. None of them came to the door either and the ladies just left as well. There was no sign or anything saying they were going to be closed or if they were at lunch or something. Eventually, I came back later in the afternoon and they were open then. Not sure what that was all about but it was rude. The reason I'm giving at least some stars is because I called in the next day and someone took the time out to help me. She helped me figure out some similar styles I was looking for and checked for my size. I wrote a whole blog post about it here with more pictures if anyone is interested in reading it ( Overall, super cute store but make sure you go at the right time I guess.

I wish I could give them 0 star. The worst store in the entire outlet. The store wasn't busy at all except there was a Chinese girl doing tictok live or whatever at the back. The salesperson was extremely rude. She didn't even wait until I finish my question and "no size". Like wtf? I will never come back to this store.

I walked into this store specifically to buy a certain pair of shoes. I walked out without them because the sales staff was incredibly rude. There weren't any customers in the store, just 3 sales people. Not one of them said a word to me or offered to help me. After about 10 minutes, I asked one of them for the style I was looking for, she made a comment about them being "high priced". Basically insinuating that I couldn't afford the shoes. Thanks for your opinion, lady! I left because I didn't want to spend a penny in this store. I have never been treated so rudely in a store. On my way out, a lady walked in with shopping bags from Prada and Gucci. All 3 sales people asked to help her and even offered her a drink. Complete opposite service than I received. To the ladies that work at this store..you work at a retail store at the outlets in Cabazon. Stop judging people based on how much money you think they have. 95% of the people that walk in the store to buy shoes make more money than you. So get over yourself!

Came specifically to Cabazon Outlets for Stuart Weitzman as my husband had passed by and told me there was a store here. After spending the day at the pool, headed back to LA, we made a stop to do some retail therapy. I walked in, there were ZERO clients. There were, however 5 sales reps. No one greeted me at the door. 1 sales rep was sitting on the benches in the middle of the store. 1 sales rep behind the register leaning over it talking to sales rep on the couch on her phone. And 1 sales rep towards the middle who told me "over $250 is an additional 20% off". I thanked her and made my way towards the back to find a pair of Nudistsongs. My favorite style. I only saw large sizes so asked another sales rep against the wall if she had Nudistongs in small sizes like 35.5. She looked and came back and said no. So my daughter and I made our way out. As we were leaving, I turned around and said to the sales rep in the front fixing shoes, "you guys aren't friendly here. I own 6 pairs of these shoes. And no one is friendly except those 2." And I pointed to the 2 girls in the back. The blonde sales rep I was speaking to said, "I'm sorry." To which I replied, "it's ok". It's ok because 1) they didn't have my size 2) I took my money to Jimmy Choo 3) I made them aware and hopefully they change their attitudes. I came in Rainbow sandals, cut off blue jean shorts, a black tank top and a baseball cap with my hair stringy from pool water. Having worked in customer service all my life in retail and now as a Hospitalist, we don't treat the the homeless person any different than the 60 year old with Medicare. Your job is to sell. And that includes making sure people want to come back even if they didn't leave with a purchase that day. Do your job.
