Cheap quality clothes compare to online website and regular store.You can tell that the staff is badly trained there. They are not able to answer questions about the products...After dealing with the "Manager" in this location, I understand why. Manager just tell you to contact costumer service because she is not able to do her job.Don't bother going to this location. It is bad and the store is dirty.

One of my New Year's resolutions is to streamline and edit my home and wardrobe. After going to the Theory mens store at the Cabazon outlets and being helped by the FANTASTIC Ivona I'm hooked! The quality,style, and classic design are exactly what I've been looking for! I want to invest in pieces that will never go out of style. After buying a few pieces with Ivana I went home and jumped online where I found several more items. The next day I actually went back in and bought a few more things and then proceeded to call Ivana and place a couple more orders over the phone she was so sweet and friendly and professional and went above and beyond in customer service. While the clothes themselves are amazing, poor customer service would've ended it for me. Ivana has made a customer for life! Thank you!

Mr. Ramos referred to me as Michael, although that is not my name, when I called recently. Since we met in person last week, I was astounded and a bit insulted by the error. He also mentioned last week that I could talk to Tina, his supervisor. Now he says his supervisor is Mark (also the name of his subordinate, interestingly enough). What is up with this? Why shop here with so many falsehoods? Just asking.

Ive seen many associates here, and over the past few years I have been coming here they've all been great. Just recently this outlet started carrying FRAME jeans and the modern fit with slight vintage look and feel got me sold, very similar comfortable feel to Theory slim khakis, it was rare to see jeans offered by Theory especially ones that fit like their slim fit line, hopefully they get more. Jasmine was very helpful. She went above and beyond and located the last size in all of the Theory locations and had it shipped to me within less than one week. I was very happy with the excellent experience I have received here so far and the connections I have made with Paul, he is super intelligent about Theory products and so are the associates. Thanks for the awesome experience! Will continue to refer friends and family to this location.

Pants with a list price of $280 were discounted by 70%. They don't have many sizes, but if you can find a size that fits, I think it's cheap.
