For the money you pay, you should get the craftsman and customer service that matches! I got a pair of summer sandals at this location, not even a month after and only wearing them twice, one of the buckle already fell off after a night out and missing only to find out the next day. I contacted their customer service immediately requesting a repair. A month later still no response from them after multiple emails and phone calls. Stay away from this brand, THEIR PRODUCTS HABE POOR QUALITY, AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS!!'

My wife and I have lots and lots of Tod's driving shoes but recently we bought 4 pairs for me and two for my wife at outlet in Cabazon. The very first time I wore one of them the front and back scuffed badly. I wrote to Tod's but they don't even have the professional courtesy to respond so we will not be buying any more ever. Their customer service is a ZERO!

Stumbled into this place by accident. Was curious to see if it was the same company I followed on IG. It was. The general manager (Jeffrey S.), the sales staff (Eric O.) all were so 5 stars! The manager gave me a huge tip to the BEST ITALIAN FOOD OF MY LIFE! And I have had what I thought was good italian in Italy, Newport Beach, etc. Now back to Tod's. They have a great selection of shoes / bags. I was in there searching for Navy Blue shoes, dressy businessy. - Found just that in the form of Suede Pumps with a manageable heel - They even spray it for you - Then found a couple of beautiful slides / mules - made me super happy - The mark downs on price was a huge plus Had I walked in 10 min prior, I would have been inclined to purchase their bags too. - Now I know! Service was so stellar. Friendly, kind, attentive. They did the coolest favor for me... they allowed me to keep my purchases with them while I did my last final round of shopping. - Saved my arms all the weight of the bags - This was super thoughtful and considerate LOVE THIS PLACE! Gotta return for repeat visits for sure!

Rude snooty employees very unfriendly did not offer help at all wanted to buy a bag and ahows but tHe employees were clewrly not interested in assisting us so we left !

We have been going to Tod's for ever but we have never ran into a gentleman like David super nice excellent customer service skills highly recommended you don't have to ask for anyone else he knows it all thanks again for everything.

There weren't many men's Tods selections here or sizes. Service was also really mediocre. I felt the sales associates weren't very accommodating and seemed almost a bit condescending when we were making selections and requests. Prices also weren't as low as I were expecting them to be. Averaged around $345 before tax for men's drivers. You can pickup Tods in the mid $250 ranges if you just buy on sale at department stores. Makes no sense to drive all the way out to this outlet for bad selections, barely any available sizes, and higher prices.

Great customer service. Attentive but not pushy. We actually went back twice--first purchasing one item. Then, returning...just on the off chance they might have a very difficult to find size for my father-in-law. The salesperson actually went to the back and pulled all the available loafers in the smallest size. And then explained their features. I felt he really did a bang up job...and I hope he's working on commission. The rest of the mall is pretty meh. But if I'm passing through, I'll stop by and see if there's something interesting. These purchases are actually going to be gifts for my wife to take back to Korea...so she's pleased...because Tod's is more expensive there!

This review is for their non-existent customer service. This is not hyperbole. I literally cannot get a hold of anyone to help me. I have an odd situation: my brother was at Tods and purchased a bag for our mother just after Xmas. He had it shipped to me in San Francisco b/c mom is coming to visit this month. When the shipment arrived, I got someone else's order. A Susan in Portland, OR. Based on her invoice, which was included in the box, and our original receipt from the store, we both had the same sales associate. I won't call him out because mistakes happen. I'm guessing he just mixed up our orders and now Susan in Portland has my mom's bag. Here's the problem: I can't get a hold of ANYONE at Tods to help me! I tried calling the Tods store several times over the last 3 days, at different times of the day, and they NEVER picked up. I called the store 6 times just today, a random Thursday. Nothing. It just goes straight to VM after 2 1/2 rings. I've left 2 messages and my brother left a couple. I also emailed the store based on the email they provide in that voicemail message. Nothing. I looked up Tods corporate and called the customer service number. Turns out that's only for online and I was instead given corporate's CS email. I emailed them this morning and am waiting to hear back. Seriously people, no customer should have to jump through so many hoops! For such a premium brand, they have the crappiest customer service pipeline I've ever known! I'm in San Francisco, 468.8 miles away from Desert Hills so I can't physically walk into their store and speak with a manager to get this fixed. My brother lives no where near Desert Hills either, and was only in the area right after Xmas, so he can't go. Is that seriously what it takes? For someone to physically walk into their store to get help? This is their mistake and I can't get a hold of anyone at Tods to fix it. It's ludicrous. I finally thought to call Guest Services at Desert Hills and Richard helped me. He took down my info and said someone would walk over there and give it to a manager and make sure they get back to me. Fingers crossed they do Richard. Thank YOU at least for trying to help. In the meantime, if you shop at Tods (which I clearly don't recommend), DO NOT get anything shipped. You do so at your own risk.
