I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to this Tommy Hilfiger store. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. One staff member even asked me to pick up a bag from the floor instead of helping.
I bought 15 items and asked for extra paper bags because they were for gifts. The cashier refused, saying they had limited quantities, even though there were plenty on the rack. I was only given one big bag, which was really inconvenient and made me feel my purchase wasn’t appreciated.
Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I’m reconsidering shopping at this location again.

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received, particularly from Dominique. I lost my sunglasses over a month ago while shopping, and when I returned on Christmas Eve, Dominique was very helpful. She quickly inquired about my sunglasses and successfully returned them to me.

I've never met somebody who seemed so unhappy with their job. I asked one question and received a hostile response and it's so disappointing receiving that attitude from the store manager Robert when he should be setting an example for the rest of his employees.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. I stood at the front area waiting to buy purses, wallet's and ID holders. Not ONE person asked could they help. Too busy chatting. Thanks for the save, Michael Kors. ??❤️
