Very helpful staff. Needed to change a size the day after I purchased and they took care of it right away. Beautiful store with great merchandise and prices.

Bad customer service. The women and the African American guy there just stared at me and not helping me at all. They ignored me and just kept talking to each other. I walked out the store feeling it was done intentionally and they ignored the other customers too. Don't recommend this store to anyone.

I visited for the first time today and had a great shopping experience. Tony made me feel very welcome the moment I entered and Mario was super patient when I was taking my time choosing lol The store has a great selection of bags, shoes, and clothing, but was a bit more limited in jewelry and accessories, but I can’t complain because of the good discounts, I will definitely be back soon ?

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of styles of shoes and handbags at this store. Most are from past collections, but that's to be expected. Set your expectations because you won't find all sizes , colors, materials, etc. if you're flexible, you may find a gem. On the day I visited, there were no sales, so the prices weren't as good as I hoped. If you're not price sensitive, this store is a good option.

We were the only 2 in line, we were told they were sanitizing real quick and it would be a 5 minute wait. After waiting outside in the cold for 20 minutes we left, and decided to order online.

Discrimination: the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex. My SIL and I were in line to get in since they limited how many could be inside at any given time. In front of us was another lady. After ten minutes, her friend came over to join her at the line. The door man then let them both in. I told my SIL that I needed to find a bathroom and I would be right back. I came back 5 minutes later and this door man talked to me like I was a five year old kid "If you leave the line, you need to start at the back of the line". When my SIL asked him why he let the ones in front of us in when they did the EXACT thing? He shut the door on her. He avoided eye contact with us the entire wait (40 minutes) After 40 minutes and FOUR customers finally made their purchases and left the store, a male associate told us that ONLY ONE OF US was allowed in because "they have to keep certain numbers of people on the floor due to regulations". I asked to speak to the manager. She knew right away because she was already briefed of the situation. She apologized. To us, it was all lip service since they still didn't let my SIL and I go inside together. If 4 customers left the store and you could only allow 1 in, that meant you had too many inside to begin with. Either that or you blatantly discriminated us. Based on how sternly the door man was when he lectured me about the "rule", I assume that the store had just the right number of people inside to be in compliance with their regulations. Therefore, it was the discrimination that we faced today at the Valentino store. I hope this unfortunate situation doesn't happen to anyone else. They could and should do better.
