In person purchase run smoothly and are fine. But if try calling or getting in touch with a sale associate not so great. Would be nice if you could get help/service over the phone as well.

We worked with Telese to find a pair of shoes for my mother. She tried on what felt like every pair in the store! Telese was so patient, supportive, and kind throughout the entire experience. After a few not so great experiences at the mall, this was the perfect way to end our day! My mom loves her new shoes 💛
