“The vibe was nice, I was greeted right when I came in and I was helped immediately. When I returned my item everything was explained to me about the store credit, and when I asked for a specific type of shoe the girl at the register help me out and walk me through the store to show me some examples of what I had asked for. Later on I found some shoes in the infant aisle and another employee asked me if I needed a specific size cuz they saw me looking at the shoes to compare them. I told her what I needed and she found them for me. Everything about my experience there was great and I love the customer service and the attentiveness.”

I was trying to find some jeans to fit me through pregnancy and she was running around trying to find every option of size, color, and style to help me find something that would work. She was super encouraging and sweet, and we ended up buying a few pairs and finding a whole other style I didn’t know about that worked well. I am so grateful to her! Love the modern design . The selection of items is limited unlike other designers they dont pack clothes all together .they leave it so you can see each item clearly . “Overall, we had a good experience here. Tried on a few different styles of jeans and jean shorts. Their sizing has definitely changed in recent years. Larger sizes with smaller size tags attached, A.K.A. vanity sizing. It used to be that I took a 25/26 and I walked out purchasing a size 23??? I was shopping with someone who recently lost a lot of weight due to some medical issues, and they couldn't find anything to fit. The store had mostly large sizes. We didn't have any issues with the people working here and the store was very nicely organized; seemed clean. I think they need to have a better variety of sizes.”

“I just had the most wonderful experience here! I had a lot of returns (I went a little crazy on an online sale and they didn't all work out) but the girl at the checkout counter was very patient. Then, I went into the dressing room to try on a few more things and Jenni was so incredibly kind and helpful! She was enthusiastic for every person that came in and she was right there when I needed her. The manager Forrest was also very attentive and even apologized when someone cut in front of me in line. Overall what a great shopping trip with these great associates!”

“I am simple in my clothing example I like wearing the staple basic colors. I love Gap for this. They always help me with the colors I can crisscross with other to make more outfits. I add in my color pops with shoes or jewelry, and makeup. I must have bought the same 4 shirts in every color. I love that their summer clothes were mostly made of natural fabrics. I work alot outdoors and I do a lot of driving. I need cotton long sleeve for the sun and I need to be able to layer a tank top with a long sleeve. Love their fabrics and it just makes my life so much easier than going on Amazon and hoping the quality is there. I do oder a lot online but I like Gap in person, I do feel like their sizes run big. For example I usually wear a XL and I fit MG tank tops in a Large and my long sleeve and even t-shirts in a Medium. Thank you Gap for making a full sized gal feel small.”

This Buck Mason Outlet store is amazing. All staff members are very polite. I specifically always shop with Chris as he is very knowledgeable and informative. He provides many different options of clothing and helps me choose the best ones. Chris gives the best level of service and always offers a flat or sparkling water. I am always excited and positive to go in the store and purchase with Chris because he is so patient ? I have attached some jeans I purchased at my last visit :)

Now, this place claims to offer some trendy clothing for the fashion-conscious, but let me tell you, my experience was a rollercoaster ride.First off, the store itself is like a maze. I wandered around for what felt like 8 1/2 to 11 minutes, searching for anything remotely interesting while killing time before painting the town at The Morongo, where moments later my girlfriend and I were absolutely decimating dish after dish after dish at The Market Place by Fabio Viviani. I mean, come on Diesel, give us some clear signage or at least a map to navigate this fashion wilderness.Now, let's talk about the staff. I had the pleasure of interacting with one particular employee who, let's just say, had a unique approach to customer service. This person was putting in the work, and by work, I mean twerking. Yes, you heard that right. In the midst of my confusion and desperation to find something decent, I was treated to an impromptu twerk show. Look, I appreciate individuality and self-expression, but this was a clothing store, not a club. It was definitely an unexpected and unforgettable moment, to say the least.As for the clothing selection, it was a mixed bag. Some pieces were stylish and on-trend, while others felt like they were stuck in a fashion time warp. It's like they couldn't decide if they wanted to be edgy or just plain outdated. Diesel, please get your fashion compass calibrated.In terms of prices, well, be prepared to shell out some serious cash. This place isn't for the budget-conscious, that's for sure. If you're looking for affordable options, you might want to steer clear and explore other options.Overall, my experience at Diesel USA in Cabazon was a wild ride. From the confusing layout to the unexpected twerking employee, it was certainly a memorable visit. While they have a few stylish pieces, their overall fashion game needs some serious improvement. And Diesel, please remember that customers come for fashion, not a surprise dance performance.”

“You can get the best TB stuff here including items that are not sold in their main street stores! You can also get great deals on housewares and more! They are conveniently located and usually extremely helpful. I shopped there often when I lived in Palm Springs and they will also take down your info and call you when stuff comes in that matches your profile interests!!!”

“Before going to Palm Springs, there is a premium outlet located in an area called Cabazon. Because it is an outlet, there are carryover products and inventory rather than new products. There are many promotional products that offer discounts if you buy multiple items. If you buy just one, the discount rate is slightly reduced. The products are not diverse and have a lot of basic polo t-shirts and tees. Since it is a discount store, it would be a good idea to buy a product with good design at a low price. The location of the store is good as it is right out of the parking building. Since it is also facing Ralph Lauren Polo, it would be good to compare the two brands. When I was in Vietnam, it seemed like the Lacoste brand was quite popular in Vietnam, and Vietnamese people would feel that it was a lot cheaper if they bought it here.”

“Stopped by for some good deals and was able to walk in and out with 2 pairs of shorts and a running tshirt. The SO also got a few things so for like 7-8 items it came to $300 not bad since that's like 3 items regular price.

They were out of a lot of stuff in my size medium which is popular but the colors available worked and were nice. Decent selection of in season and out of season items.

Store could be kept tidier so it makes the shopping experience better but that's also due to the shoppers messing things up which its in an outlet so yeah.

Didnt need to try my items on and checkout line was a bit slow because everyone is buying so many items and they only ran 2 registers. Cashier was super nice and chatted about the reason for the trip and visit. Also nice touch letting shoppers choose the bag to carry out in.”

“Valerie and the other team member in store today on July 3 were absolutely fantastic. I went into multiple other stores and was met with a lot of hostility, she was incredibly kind to me helped me find the perfect party dress and also shoes. I went in pretty much every other luxury store in the outlet mall and Balmain by far has the best selections.”

“This has been one of my favorite places for women’s formal wear. On a previous visit, I found beautiful outfits with the help of Patricia, who is an exceptional stylist. She was incredibly attentive and genuinely invested in helping both me and my mother-in-law find the right pieces.
On my recent visit, I was excited to see Patricia again, but I was disappointed when she was asked by the new manager to step back from assisting us. The interaction felt uncomfortable, and the overall experience wasn’t as welcoming as before. I ultimately made purchases totaling around $600 largely because of Patricia’s guidance and professionalism.

Great stylists like Patricia create customer loyalty and elevate the shopping experience. I hope management recognizes the value of team members who build strong relationships with customers.”
