“Super experience in this Boot Barn. I ordered boots online to be picked up at this store. They let me know as soon as the boots arrived. Picked them up, next day when hubby went to put them on, he noticed they were two sizes too small! Not techie I managed to do that, but they were gracious about taking them back… and they DID have his size in stock, so I was able to leave with the correct ones. Every person I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. The store itself was spotlessly clean, very well stocked and organized. Great experience!”
“On some reviews people say there's no big sizes. That's not true. They have a few selection of different styles in large and extra large sizes. Yes they have many small to medium. But large to extra large they have. And very affordable. They lady there more than happy and ready help and show you what your looking for.”
