“From the moment we walked in to our appointment with Mohamed, we felt we were in the right dealership. Mohamed took us to see the XT4 of interest. During the test drive, he answered every question and asked questions to get acquainted with us. We liked The car very much and began to negotiate. We came to a price that was agreeable by all very quickly. The car was completely detailed and gas tank topped off before we left the dealership. So very pleased. It was a 100 mile round trip, but well worth it. I recommend Cadillac of Calabasas highly.”

“Jason takes very good care of me. He takes the time to explain everything. My car was serviced and replaced the mirror I knocked off, and it needed to be totally replaced, which was much quicker than I expected. I didn’t know how to use a feature on my car and Jason very patiently explained it to me. I also had a rat problem in the past and he helped me to try and prevent it again and we so far succeed. Thank You Jason for being the best service person I have ever used.”

“Came here for service. It was professional and punctual, the staff was cordial and the facility was great. Glad we live close to this dealership and will consider an Audi for the next car.”

“Mercedes of Calabasas delivered an excellent experience, and Mona Moradi truly stood out. While we had a few bumps along the way, Mona stepped up and resolved every issue with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled smoothly to finish. Situations like ours can be stressful, but Mona turned it into a positive experience and went above and beyond to make things right. Fantastic service and a great example of how customer care should be done. Highly recommend—and especially recommend working with Mona Moradi.”
