This is a local nail salon for me! I stay pretty simply within the mani/pedi realm however I have received some pretty incredible foot messages! I try to call at least a day in advance to book an appointment but I've seen plenty of people book same day appointments or even been fit into upcoming walk in slots. I find that super Accommodating! This salon is spacious so book an extra appointment for a girlfriend and bring a friend along!

Not what you'd expect for the nail salon in Calabasas Commons. Tried an acrylic fill and a pedi. Not impressed with either service. The salon was messy and the staff didn't seem interested in me or what they were doing. Next!

Unsanitary, would not recommend. My mom and I went to BCBC Nails while in town for a weekend trip and were very unsatisfied. It was very unsanitary. They used old nail files and buffers. When the nail technician doing my mom's nails dropped the cuticle trimmers, she rinsed them in my foot bath and continued working on my mom with them. The towels they used are falling apart, where my toes got stuck in the holes of the rag. Not only was it unsanitary, but it also looked like someone did my nails in the dark. I don't normally write reviews, but this was too much. As a licensed cosmetologist I was disgusted

This is probably the worst nail salon in the valley. From the very poor customer service (the only lady who speaks English and is responsible for greeting customers, is SO rude) to the lack of cleanliness!!! The staff looks so overwhelmed! They from one customer to another without putting on new gloves. Stay away!!!

This was my first experience at BCBC Nails Spa and I had not looked up their reviews before walking in (thankfully) as my normal place suddenly closed nearby. I have to say: MY experience was positive. I was sat right away despite the fact they were quite busy. I got a Gel Pedicure (and polish removal) done by NINA* a lovely, polite, quiet and detail oriented technician. The price was the lowest I have paid in Calabassas $35 for paying in cash plus tip. (A 5% discount off the CC price) And, I am happy with the results. My last pedicure was late January (over a month ago) and Nina did a very detailed job including cuticle trimming, prepping the surface for gel polish and fully removing the prior red gel polish, a light heel scrubbing, a short foot massage, hot towel, and lotion on the legs and feet. She also was perfectly polite and willing to add an additional coat to 2 toes at the very end when I inspected and asked her to. I have found my new go-to pedicure spot and technician.

I usually let it go and say next time would be better, not the case, I have been a customer for years at BCBC service has decline a lot. $80 gel pedicure to end up not satisfied with the quality of service, still having dead skin on my heals, after paying for callus removal, I don't know how I even missed this she forgot to polish one toe nail, maybe because one of the coworkers was rushing her, who knows why!!! Will not go back for sure!

HONESTY: I chose color 812 and they were out, so Nina tested 4 other color options on my nails before I went with a close match 813. I appreciate that honestly, as some place I feel will just swap out for the closest color match without telling you they are out of the one your chose. PRICE: The price was the lowest I have paid in Calabassas $35 for paying in cash plus tip. (A 5% discount off the CC price) And, I am happy with the results. Such dirty nail salon and if you send your husband or your boyfriend for nail watch out for all these girls they will hit on your boyfriend or your husband. It was the worst experience I ever had in the salon. I shouldn’t even give one star. They deserve nothing.
We made an appointment to go there so as soon as somebody walks in, they forget about you, and they just rush you through the whole process in order to get the walking.

This has to be the worst nail job I've ever had. The girl did the nail service in 25 minutes which is supposed to take at least an hour when doing right. It's acrylics! The BCBC nail spa by erewhon take an hour and a half and does an amazing job. My nails look absolutely terrible, I think they may even look worse than what I went in with. The shape is awful, the polish is not even covering the nails, and the nails are super thick and ghetto. She then at the end was begging for a tip with her eyes. I am very non confrontational so I just wasted a bunch of money, and will have to go to the other bcbc nail spa in Calabasas to get them fixed tomorrow... DO NOT GO HERE

The service was so amazing! Me and my mom went there to get a manicure and they were right on it! The vibe in the was so chic and cute. I love this salon and now i go every month!

There is a reason why this place has such a bad reputation. The people that actually left three, four or five stars in their reviews for this place clearly hasn't been going there long enough. Apart from Chelsea, nobody there has any respect for their clients. I have stopped going to this place years ago, but my daughter wanted to do her nails with a friend for Thanksgiving. We made an appointment for 11 o'clock on Sunday for both girls to do gel X. Unfortunately I did not ask the name of the person that booked the appointment and I also didn't ask for Chelsea which I normally do. The girls were there on time but they waited for 45 minutes before start. Also I payed for the girls to have the gel X and a little design (a snowflake) in 2 fingers each. My daughter's friend end up with Chelsea, and she got two beautiful snowflakes. My daughter end up with a ridiculous small sticker as a design. On top of that the " professional" manicure kept filling on top of the sticker which was in the very edge of the nail, so now my daughter has half of a snowflake on her finger. Pretty bad for the $$$ I payed! Zero quality control! We were both pretty upset when she got home and showed to me, but the place was very crowded, she is young and didn't complain.

had terrible experience few times !!! Rude people and they are not nice! My nails crooked with extra polish on the skin ! Painful experience! The girl removed my bio gel without using Acetone and she just removed them by pulling them with sharp instrument! I screened and she didn't even care !!! My nails and the skin were pretty sore and painful and bleeding ! Horrible job and as many clients explained they don't change theire gloves and instruments and they have one gloves on for the entire day !!!!!! They deserve ZERO star ! Won't come back anymore to this place !!!!!!!!

I really enjoy this nail place. I recently started coming here, because, the ladies that do my nails came over here. The nail place itself is nice and they are really friendly. If you need an awesome manicurist, Lynn, is your girl! If you need a fantastic pedicure, Nikki is your girl. I have been seeing these particular ladies for 10+ years, as long as I live in Southern California, THEY will have my business. I love these ladies soooo much!!
