**Review for BCBC at the Summit in Calabasas** I had an absolutely terrible experience at BCVC on Father's Day. Their website stated they were open, so I made the drive over for a gel pedicure. When I arrived, the place was open, but only one customer was there letting her toes dry. Despite being open, they rudely informed me that they were not accepting any more customers. However, there was clearly a lady getting her nails done at that very moment! They claimed they were only accepting appointments, yet it was Father's Day, and they were supposedly closed. This was incredibly conflicting and frustrating. Their rudeness was astonishing. It's evident they don't care about their customers or their business. They are dishonest and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not give them your business. They don't deserve it. Horrible experience. Never going back!

I waited until after I went to see what the reviews said. I was surprised to see 2.5 star rating. It seems like people either love it or hate it. Both ladies who gave me my mani and pedi were great. Linda was my manicurist and she paid attention to e dry single detail. I was in and out in an hour and that's how I like it. It appeared clean and well kept. I'll definitely go back.

Customer service is extremely poor and the girl working at the front desk was so rude to me. I will never go back there again, and I advise people not to go to a place like this if they want to be treated with respect. I get my nails done all the time, and I've never been treated so poorly in an establishment before. The reason I went back days after having a full set bio gel manicure was because all my nails were cracking on the sides, as if they did not put the bio gel on the nail properly. So, not only is the service poor, but the quality of the work is questionable and not consistent.

Linda is amazing!!!! She focused on every little detail. Very clean and professional. I will definitely be back. This is an excellent location and the service is great.

Really concerned with the salons sanitation control or lack of control. My grandmother had always come here. For a second time she caught a nail fungus. Now again she is seeing a doctor and paying for medicines. She is unable to get out of the house a lot. She always enjoyed going out and getting her nails done. But for a second time to catch a nail fungus which will take now a whole year from now to get rid of the doctor told her. This is embarrassing, and emotionally torture for her. Looking at another review from another customer on yelp that caught a fungus also. We are considering taking legal action against the he salon.

It's okay. Staff is friendly. This is my go to if I can't get an appointment at my usual spot. Bio gel is great but pricey $65 for not including a manicure.. cuticles etc.
If you get regular polish or regular gel, your nails are going to chip in a matter of days. I suspect their Gel polish is old which is why it doesn't last.

I went to have a pedicure on Monday so it wasn't crowded at all but the service was great they did a wonderful job and I enjoyed my visit.

Love this place. They are so kind and catering! The nails last at least three and a half weeks which is a lot longer than other places in the area. Their color selections are rich and vibrant and remain bright for weeks. The gentleman that did the massage is one of a kind. I don't even feel that great walking out of a spa as I do with his touch. I'd give ten stars if I could as well to the staff- Linda is always awesome and does great wax. I wish I knew about this place sooner!!

I'd give this nail salon more stars if I could. I hope you get your nails done here if you haven't already . I've been getting my nails done here for some time now and I love it! The nail technician's here are all super respectful, they're very careful with painting nails and do their best. Nails here are always done fast and impressively! The nail technician's can do detailed designs on nails and everything, anything complicated! I was surprised. I've been to a LOT of nail salons but none are quite as good as BCBC Nail Spa! The price is also pretty decent and actually cheapest/cheaper! A lot of other nail salons charge more and are more expensive. Low price for high quality. This experience is always relaxing and feels nice to have nice nails. (good vibes)

Waited to post a review until I had frequented a few times. Today was my 3rd time. Don (P&W sculpted), and Emily (pedicure) are a great team for me. Very pleased. Consistent & excellent. Pricing is right too!
