Love the studio environment , music, and my personal trainer Kerry! She’s caring and will actually put you in the right position and will adjust courses based on your current body situation. There’s a dog in the studio!!! Always feel refreshing after doing morning pilates. Will definitely recommend everyone to go :)))

Better Body Pilates is an exceptional studio. We recently had a workout session with Mari, who is undoubtedly a superb instructor. I have also experienced workouts with the other instructors at Better Body, and I can attest that they are all terrific. I wholeheartedly recommend this Pilates studio.

My husband and I take two semi-private Pilates classes each week. One with Alexis and one with Michal. We couldn't be happier. We appreciate how they pay close attention to our form; how they keep each class fresh and interesting; and how they motivate and challenge us without overdoing it and causing injury. Highly recommend!!

I recently attended my first pilates class with Mari at Betterbody Fitness after completing many many classes at Club Pilates. Going into my session with Mari I felt ready to take on a more in depth training to see exactly where my Pilates practice was at. And let me tellll you Mari completely excelled in giving me the full body workout I've been seeking. The hour long session with Mari felt above and beyond what I am used to. Considering that the lowest spring available on the Reformer at Club Pilates is a blue spring and the workouts are often limited because instructors play it very safe and are way too concerned about clients potentially hurting themselves.It felt great to be encouraged to try more challenging and control based pilates moves. During my session with Mari we used the yellow spring requiring more control which was new to me, but challenging in the best way. She introduced me to at least 3/4 different principle pilates moves I had never tried before. Mari was attentive and maintained dialogue throughout our session about muscle engagement. She went the extra mile in using her PT skills to evaluate my form and reminded when to lift or pivot to better maintain form. The studio was clean and the general environment felt great. I can’t wait to attend more pilates sessions with Mari and master that yellow spring! Thank you Mari for your good energy and expertise!

I am completely new to Pilates and have been nervous to start with classes because I took a long break from fitness due to covid and having two babies, and I was afraid of injuring myself. So I decided to sign up for a private session with Mari, the owner of Better Body. She is so sweet, personable, and easy to talk to. She was helpful in assisting me with my form and ensuring proper body mechanics, and was super informative on what I needed to work on and helped me activate muscles in my body I forgot existed haha! After our first session yesterday, I am immediately hooked! Today I am so sore but in the best way possible. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey here, and continuing my private sessions with Mari and group sessions in the future.

I didn’t think this would be for me, but Mari made my experience amazing. I’ve been sore for over a week (in the best way).The studio was clean and everyone was unbelievably friendly. Highly recommend if you’re new to pilates or if you do it all the time

I have just completed the first session of Pilates session with Jennifer from BetterBody. I had been looking for a class that would allow me to stretch more as I never take the time! I love this class! It includes a lot of stretching and ab work and arms or butt work; depending on the session. I feel better, more toned, and more flexible. Sarah has a great teaching style.
