Mohamed Ramadan was the absolute best thing that happened to me in my search for a Cadillac Vistiq!!! My process with a different dealership was super stressful and they completely lied so I came to the Calabasas location distraught. Not only did Mohamed get me a better deal than before but the process was so quick, fun and easy!!! He showed me all of my features & me and my fiancée were so grateful for the attention and care we received. I had the most delightful car buying experience EVER and I have purchased quite a few in my days! Alex M. (Sales Representative), Ryan (finance manager), and Michael (sales manager) are extremely professional, friendly, and customer centric. Their listed price for the vehicle purchased was accurate, I was not subjected to any of those silly games most dealerships play with hidden fees and unnecessary add ons. I got an amazing deal on a CT4 for a phenomenal value, so much so I drove over 2.5 hours from the Inland Empire just to purchase at Cadillac at Calabasas. The purchasing process was seamless and expeditious, I was in and out in a couple of hours. The dealership is very new, modern, immaculate, and easily accessible, it's right off the freeway.
I would definitely trek to do it again if I had to. This is my fourth and I don't anticipate it being my last Cadillac purchase. I will definitely purchase from this dealership again. Kudos to the staff, especially Alex!

My wife and I walked into the dealership and was greeted by our sells rep David. He took his time and explained everything to us and made the process smooth and hassle free. We purchased 2 vehicles that day. We started off only looking for the wife a car and then they had the one I was eyeballing as well. Overall a great experience which is hard sometimes at a dealership. Ask for David if you decide to add a Caddy to your collection

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
I scheduled an appointment through their website and received an email saying it would be confirmed shortly. Later, I got another email confirming the appointment. Now, after a week, a rude and unapologetic representative named Sean left me a voicemail saying the appointment was canceled — no explanation, no apology, nothing.
I called him to ask why, and all he said was, “That’s it. Your appointment is canceled. Go schedule another one for next week.”
Then they have the nerve to advertise buying American cars? Absolutely unacceptable. This was by far the worst customer experience I’ve had.
I'm sure no one will bother to follow up on this review either.
