I did bio gel and regular polish there +mani and pedi 2 weeks ago. The gel started to peel off after 3 days. I just called because I wanted to remove the gel without any other service. The owner told me very aggressively that he did not have time for me and hung up the phone. I will never go back again.

I love this place. Every time I go, they treat me very well. I always go to Sarai. She's very professional and attentive to my nails. I recommend her 100%.

Came in for a mani/pedi. Service was good. The front desk and staff were friendly. Reasonable pricing. Found my new nail spot!

Need a no star for being a racist . If your black don’t go here he was bad energy from the start. I’m talking about the owner not the workers they were amazing. Ignorance is not acceptable at this big age I pray he gets help and treat all people right. He greeted everyone else but me

I absolutely love this nail spa! I have been getting my acrylic nails done by Mimi for about 10 years now and i always get compliments on how classy and beautiful my nails look. I like my acrylic nails to be thin profiled and natural looking and Mimi consistently styles my nails how I like them. If you can't decide on a nail color I recommend letting Mimi help you pick. She is phenomenal at analyzing your skin tone and selecting what will compliment you best. The entire staff is very warm and caring - when I had a broken ankle they found a safe and comfortable way to give me pedicures. I really recommend them!

I went in today late afternoon with an appt. for mani/pedi. Before I sat down I asked how much since nothing is posted. The man at the desk said $45 for both. I had a gift certificate for $30 which was half used and that was my balance. The certificate was about 4 years old (since I moved away after the first visit), but originally the mgr. said no expiration date, and there is none on the certificate. The lady gave me a mani/pedi it was ok nothing remarkable, but ok. She massaged my feet for about 3 min. and used the loofah to smooth my heal. (Which you get with any pedi.). I went to pay and he complained that my certif. is old, but he'll accept it anyway. Then he said That will be $55. I said so you're including my tip? He said no you still have to give her a tip and he kept $10 of my change for her tip on top of that. I said no you told me $45, then some woman came over (probably his wife) and said well she smoothed your heel that was $10 extra. I said that's always in a pedicure, she argued with me that it was not included. I said well why didn't she ask me and tell me it was $10 extra? To get to my point these people are dishonest, liars and should not be allowed to have a business privilege in the U.S. They don't post their prices, so they can surprise you when it comes to pay. I get my nails done every 10 days, and have never been treated like this anywhere else. IF I WERE ABLE TO GIVE HER A RATING IT WOULD BE 00000000 one star is way too much.

Zero stars.... I get a manicure and pedicure today they make me wait an hour when I had a scheduled appointment. My toes get messed up and instead of doing it fresh, they just patched it up and doing so, makes it look rough. I get home and they are all messed up when I didn't even touch it. (I am always so careful).

The service is always good, just be patient! The salon is super clean and the workers are allll amazing and nice! Come in the morning and there's always plenty of parking!

I'm in shock. I just called to inquire about bringing my father in with me for a pedicure, and said I'd like someone experienced for him. The man on the phone asked me to hold and then said "we are not available for you. Sorry." I asked when they are available, and he literally hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back. I guess it's true that if you're not coming in for expensive gels, they don't want your business. Unbelievable. Note that most of the great reviews are from 3 years ago or more.
