Worst bank ever. Wouldn't even cash a $35 check drawn from one of their clients unless I opened an account. Why would I open an account for $35. Why on earth would I want to open an account when you gave me all these problems over a $35 check. No thanks I'll stick with B of A.These guys are a cancer and should be out of business, no wonder why people don't trust them.

Matthew the branch manager MUST BE FIRED!!!Worst most uses less staff and bank possible. Wasted two weeks trying to deal with these incompetent people and am now not surprised at all why all online/mobile banking is becoming way better because these people working there are completely useless. The bald "manager/supervisor" Mathew is completely useless would be shocked if he graduated high school and should have no right be a manager at even a Chuckie Cheese never the less where we bank and trust our moneyMatthew absolutely needs to be fired and has no qualities deserving of being a manager of bank and our money.I decided to try and another branch after multiple times of Matthew refusing to help and saying there was nothing they can do in branch and guess what.... The other locations branch took care of me in less than 10 minutes.Do NOT go to this location ever if you don't need to especially as long as Matthew works there as branch manager Chase is not to be trusted.Matthew needs to be fired @Chase immediately.

DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE! HORRIBLE customer service! I wish I could give zero stars. I am the administrator of my father's estate. Funds from the sale of his home were deposited into my account MORE than 2 weeks ago; the check already cleared, yet they will not release the money! RIDICULOUS !!

Horrid place my brother went in there to cash a Focus and Testing check made out to cash. I’ve been in there over 5 years and never had a problem with no fee. Because my brother has tattoos Sara charged him 8.00 and when he asked for check back they refused. Then a guy came out threatening to call the cops on my brother and got in his face. I will now close my account.

Beware of using Chase bank generally they do not have a fraud protection plan, if someone write themselves a check using your checkbook and you call on a weekend and they deposit the check on a Saturday you will lose your money I lost $30,000 due to this stupid policy they have in place, beware they do not protect your money this institution is a scam and a dangerous place to store your money I will be closing my accounts and warning the people of America do be aware you can lose a lot of money with this bank so be careful.

Very, very slow to process transactions and wire transfers. I need a bank that is efficient. I deal with large transactions often, I have zero faith in this bank. Way too untrustworthy. I cant put my money in this type of financial institution with such sloppiness. Too many other banks available. Sub par and slow is not what anyone needs in a bank. Boo in Chase!

Inefficient, unorganized and slow, slow, slow banking. Takes multiple days for transactions to process. Other banks are INSTANT. Go elsewhere. Nothing but a headache at Chase.

This bank used to be good but not anymore. They don't answer the phone and their ATM machines are always filthy. I have asked them repeatedly to clean them. Spider webs everywhere and machines are always dirty. Recently they called me and asked me to move some money into an account and they would pay 750 dollars if kept there for 3 months so I did. It has now been over 4 months and no money. Called emailed and went into bank nothing but excuses. This bank needs new management now!

This review is about Jaime. His customer service is 10,000 out of 100. He acts more like a private banker. And for people who haven't made the switch, it is great to have at least one such person at the Calabasas branch. And Jaime is it. Thank you for all you do Jaime.

Chase is the worst bank ever! It doesn't deserve even one star. JP Morgan Chase has funded over $269 billion dollars to the fossil fuel industry since the Paris Agreement. This is simply unacceptable. We need to be divesting from all fossil fuels, not funding new fossil fuel projects. To add insult to injury, in February of this year, a JP Morgan internal report on the economic risks of human-caused global heating said climate policy had to change or else the world faced irreversible consequences.According to Guardian reporters, Patrick Greenfield and Jonathan Watts, the study condemns Chase's own investment strategies and indicates that major Wall Street institutions are becoming increasingly concerned about risks of continued funding of carbon-intensive industries, such as oil and gas. So...what gives Chase? Are you going to choose climate catastrophe over sustaining life on this amazing planet?

JP Morgan Chase has the dubious distinction of being the largest bank investor of fossil fuels in the world. In addition, Chase is the #1 banker of 100 top companies expanding fossil fuels. #DigitalChaseTakeover #TakeoverChase#StopTheMoneyPipeline
