“We stayed in room 243 and had the best time at this hotel, in fact - I'd say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Our room was in great shape and the window even opens slightly letting fresh air in which was great. We had a small issue but the manager Erik was very accommodating and helpful and even remembered us and followed up with us in the main lobby. The breakfast was fantastic, and Rene in the dining room took great care of us - try the french toast, it's amazing! When staying in the San Fernando Valley/Thousand Oaks area again this will be the only place we book.”

“For the price, it's a great choice. As long as you don't plan to stay too long and don't plan to stay inside much. If you need a place to crash for a night while visiting LA, this one is in a great location. Also the service is really great too. We called them to ask about a missing bag after we had checked out and they worked hard to find it in the room.”

“My experience at this hotel was amazing! everything from the customer service, people, amenities, and rooms were beyond my expectations. I cannot wait to visit California again and book with this hotel. Only thing i will say that needs fixing is limited parking but other than that great hotel.”
