“David and Katherine (Forbix)are the superheroes of the mortgage world. My first lending company left me high and dry, my wife and I thought our dream of owning a home was finished....but thankfully our real-estate agent had the answer to our heavy hearts...Forbix. David explained everything we needed to seal the deal. On a daily basis Katherine or David updated our progress, answered every question we had very promptly. We cannot thank David and Kathrine enough for fulfilling our dream of owning a home. God bless David and Kathrine and their respective families.”
