I am extremely happy with this pharmacy, sometimes.. well most times it's hard to find a pharmacy that fills your prescription right away and on top of all that they deliver within hours. I didn't have to wait long and everyone at the pharmacy is so nice. They also call me to see how I am feeling after filling my new medication. That's the type of care you don't get often. They are always on time and ready to help me and my family. Highly recommend this pharmacy to those who wanna get quality care at affordable price and we'll just good service over all.

“I usually fill my prescription at CVS but they were out of the medication I needed, so I tried Kindred Care Pharmacy. They had my medication, were very quick, friendly, knowledgeable and much easier to deal with than CVS. My prescription was filled in less than 10 minutes, where CVS takes at the very least 1.5 hours. They also have a delivery right to your house. I was so impressed by the way they treated me, that they will get my business from now on, no more CVS”

Very professional and knowledgeable staff ! Delivery to our home is extremely helpful and there is no compressing with large companies at CVS or Walgreens where you wait and wait in line . Delivery to your home is so helpful. I’m grateful to Kindred Care enormously and recommend them to all my friends and colleagues!

What a nightmare of a place. The woman answering the phones needs to find another line of work, she was rude, sounded exasperated and out right annoyed from the very beginning. Who hurt you woman ? Jeez. Sincerely hope she gets the help she needs and finds Jesus because no one should be treated like that. Hindered Care Pharmacy- do better.

Left me out to dry when it came to essential medicine I needed delivered to my doctors officeThe pharmacy knew for a month that I needed my medicine delivered for a dr appointment to be admistered.A day before my appointment and hours before they close they gave me a too bad so sad we can’t get your medsI don’t need apologies I need a pharmacy with staff that communicated and well organized pharmacy.For those who timely medicine is essential to their care avoid this pharmacy .I will no longer give them my business and your trust in their staff would be misplaced.

They are great here. Julia is awesome and always super nice and helpful. The staff is always great too. So glad to have this pharmacy and not have to go to the big corporate Aholes anymore.

I would give a 0 if I could. I have my daughter and son in law in the hospital as I write this. Frontline doctors prescribed my husband medications to combat covid as we were both exposed. This pharmacy is 2 hours from our home and the doctor told us when the pharmacy calls to have them transfer the prescription to a pharmacy near our home as we are both seniors. The pharmacy said that they would not do that and the woman was beyond rude. She gave me a number to call and it was a wrong number. I called back and got a man this time and explained to him what the problem was and I've never been treated like that in my life, he literally hung up on us. My husband called back and spoke with a lady who was really helpful and was having the medicine ups'd to us the next day. My sister did the same thing a week before but with White Memorial Pharmacy and they were happy to send it to her local pharmacy as she to is a senior. Well, we paid $250 for the meds and still have NOT received them. I called and they said they tried to deliver them yesterday but we weren't home...but we never left the house! Honestly Please don't use these people, the White Memorial people are kind and professional.

I really wanted to like this independently run pharmacy, but to be honest I am having to switch to Albertsons because of some frustrating situations with Kindred over the last couple months.

Wonderful staff! From what I’ve observed they know all of their customers and do whatever they can to help them. They are very compassionate and the quality of service is way higher than chain pharmacies like CVS! A great small business in the area to support ?

I recently came to Kindred Care because I have been unhappy with the large pharmaceutical companies (CVS, OptumRX, and PillPack by Amazon). Kindred Care is conveniently located and they are sooooo nice. They will go above and beyond to help their customers. I am so happy I found this pharmacy!

The customer service level here is 10 stars. They are knowledgeable and fast and try to find the best prices. Small friendly staff and I will not go anywhere else now. The larger pharmacies have long waits. Especially during this Covid-time, this small pharmacy is fast and clean and safe from crowding. Not only do I get my prescriptions here, but now my 91 year old father gets all 6 of his medications at Kindred Care. Trust this place - you will be happy you brought all your prescription needs to them! I cannot praise them enough!
