This Lululemon in the Calabasas Commons is really nice. It’s in a great spot with lots of other stores around. The shop is clean, organized, and the staff is super helpful, lululemon prices are in the expensive side but they do have a good selection

I bought two pairs of sneakers, one of which was discounted at $99, and advertised for a 30-day free trial. I decided to keep the other pair and processed an online return for this one, which confirmed an estimated refund of $99. I dropped into the store hoping for a quick and pleasant trip, however, the employee Alycia, informed me that my purchase is not, according to her, eligible for a refund. Neither the product page, nor the checkout, nor the order confirmation, nor the return confirmation had any statement about the fact that my order is not returnable. In fact, a 30-day trial notice on the item page emphasizes easy returns. After some back and forth, I suggested Alycia tries to process an already complete return authorization, and runs my card. It did work and the return went through. Alycia, still maintained she is right, and I am wrong, and that she was just able to “make an exception” for me this one time. This interaction will make sure I do not consider Lulu next time I shop.

Last weekend I went to the lulu lemon store at the commons in Calabasas. That was my first time. I was under the impression that it would all be yoga pants for women. I was mistaken. One of the staff members approached me and she was very knowledgeable about how the products and how the brand has been incorporating more products for men. I was very impressed with the store, and the customer service. If you are on a tight budget, this is not the store for you. But, if you care about customer service, the experience of shopping for athletic clothes and if you care that they offer complementary hemming to its customers, well you are in for a treat. If you happen to be in the Calabasas area, stop by and talk to Alycia. She is the best!!!

Great customer service at this location. I drove from the Westlake location to this one after Westlake was not able to solve my issue.The calabasas location did no questions asked.10/10!

I love love love this location! Always get helped right away & recently got some pants tailored & they were ready faster than I expected! Dropped them off Sunday, ready for pick up Tuesday. Will continue to drive a little farther just for this location!

Impeccable service. I came in looking for a blazer to match a pair of pants I had received as a gift from Lululemon previously. The blazer itself was not in stock at the store, but it was quickly ordered for me at this location to be sent to my home. I was helped by Mary and she is absolutely lovely. Professional, courteous, fun, and kind. Please reward her flawless customer service.
