I brought in my e450 for my scheduled maintenance and had a very pleasant experience. My service advisor Zeev is very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I have a Mercedes dealership much closer to my home but I prefer to drive to Calabasas for my service because of their excellent customer service!

Jason G is the best!!!! So professional and knowledgeable. He went to extra mile to help me today by picking me up himself when there was no one available to pick me up when my car was ready!! Will be coming back due to his excellent service

I had a tire problem so I had my car towed to dealership. Service consultant called me to discuss my options and we agreed to replace right rear tire and then also perform overdue scheduled service. He also helped with some warranty compensation on the tire. All went well and communication was good. They took care of my issues as promised and we discussed ongoing next steps for service which would be in about a year.

This is my third review. I added one star because of my service person was nice and kind. But sadly, the issue with my car has not been solved! I took the car there for a problem with my window which happened all the time. Now it is still happening but less often!
This is my second review (due to their asking) and I still can give them a three star. The service over there is always good, but for a simple oil change (and one recall item) I had to go there three times which was not convenient to say the least!

Mercedes-Benz has been my place for service for more than 16 years; first with my 2009 C300 and now with my 2024 C300. My service manager, Jason G., is professional, accessible, and knowledgable. He not only checks the immediate services needed but informs me of what to expect in the future to plan on my next visit. I have a sense of driving safety with his oversight! The entire service department provides excellence that keeps me coming back.
