Malibu Tech Support is the absolute best! I am a small business owner who relies on having a working computer and robust access to the internet. I've never had a problem that Dillon or J.D. couldn't fix in record time and for a very reasonable fee. These guys bend over backward to provide great service and are ethical and honest. I highly recommend them!

The repair was done faster than expected, and their pricing was fair and transparent. They kept me informed throughout the process, and my computer has been running perfectly since. I contacted Pacific Computers because my laptop wasn't working as I spilled coffee on it. I decided to purchase a used laptop with data transfer for an AMAZING deal! They are honest, do an incredible job and are fast! Dillon was awesome- he provided excellent customer service and got me what I wanted! You will be very happy you contacted them- I can't recommend them enough!

I used this company to fix a computer problem (the hard drive died and needed a new battery) and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. (Note - I had previously taken my computer to Staples and they told me i needed to buy a new one!). I highly recommend this place.

Tremendous help and quality work done right when I needed it done. What I like about Pacific Computers is that the people working there are all pretty damn knowledgeable when it comes to computers, camera work, security set up, etc. Also, not to mention very reasonable pricing considering what kind of labor and parts went into both my laptop and my computer. JD is also fun and easy to deal with which makes it the go to place to fix my stuff, if you don't want to think or worry about how your computer is being fixed, but rather just need quality work done, this is the place to go for sure.
