Ive used Presto multiple times for my moving needs and every time they outdo themselves. Henry called me and went over everything that I was moving, the guys came and did the job very fast and efficiently. The delivery movers assembled my work table and bed very fast and they didnt leave a mess. Thank you again!

Beware!Note to management: Please get a CRM or similar system to manage clients, communications about the move from beginning to end, etc.My move was scheduled for pickup Sunday May 7th between 8am - 11am to go from Los Angeles to Miami.I had a video call with Henry weeks prior who gave me an estimate of $2600. (I showed him all my belongings and mentioned to him that I had the usually pots, pans, dishes and clothes.) I also had a similar quote from another company. We also chatted about the moving company truck being able to get in to the new complex and I confirmed it after speaking with my new apartment complex and emailing Presto, so there wouldn't be an extra charge to transfer my things. (Note this for later)Upon the pickup, I had a call at 6:58 am that they were there to pickup. Ok, I love early but I wasn't ready and the men were respectful and helped me pack remaining things. The men were very professional and did a great job packing everything. At the end, the gentleman told me I went over and they were adding an additional $1600. (WHAT!!) Also, No one informed me that I'd have to tip this moving crew as they were not part of the actual move across country. I gave them my deposit and called Henry. He was very professional and shocked. We connected about 2 days later and he got me $600 off the extra charge.Sunday May 12th, the new moving truck company called me and mentioned they should be arriving Friday May 19th. The gentleman I spoke to informed me they would have to transfer my things to a smaller moving truck as he currently is driving a Semi. The charge would be $350! I told him that I had chatted and emailed that I had approval to get a moving truck in to my complex but had I know it was a Semi the whole situation would have been different. So here I am waiting for my truck to arrive and it's been an extra $1600 (Minus $600 that Henry took off), 1st Tip and an extra $350 for the smaller truck (I ended up negotiating them down) and I had to tip them too. After unpacking everything, there are so many small/medium size cosmetic dings on my TV Stand, on 1 flatscreen TV, Picture frames, Side tables that it's not even worth reporting.... SO frustrating. This company needs to figure out better communication and client management. There needs to be an "Onboarding" process from start to finish so we know what to expect. This has been close to a nightmare with all the unexpected fees. I hate to write these reviews especially when the people are professional and respectful.

The movers, especially the delivery team, damaged multiple pieces of furniture, causing over $5,400 in actual, documented damages. The moving team was rushed, sloppy, and reeked of pot. The Presto driver, repeatedly expressed his embarrassment over the condition of the delivery and promised that his boss, Henry, would take care of it. He didn't! Instead, the insurance company offered $300 in reimbursement and Henry offered to raise it to $700. Paltry sums compared to the total damage. Presto and Henry, refused to take responsibility for their actions, and tried to blame it on our Insurance choices (i.e.- not taking a massive, highly profitable up-sell to pay for their carelessness.) The episode is similar to someone with terrible insurance, smashing into the back of your car, causing major damage, then claiming he is not responsible for anything more that what his lousy insurance company offers. In short, be prepared to spend a ton of money on the move, have the movers damage your items and then be given the middle finger by the company.

BEWARE! Do not use this movers they will rip you off. We were quoted $3400 for our move after doing a zoom of our storage unit. The day of they said it would be over $2000 more due to packaging and additional cubic feet. Martin the driver had me sign the packaging form before it was filled out with $810 of additional packing fees that we were never told about. They literally charged us $75 to put a tv in a box. I could have packed the stuff myself. I would have rented a uhaul and done everything myself if I'd known they were going to take advantage and gouge us. That was our original plan until they assured us that it would be comparable in cost but with full service benefits. I asked for the guy Henry who gave us the quote to call me and still have not heard from them. They don't tell you of the additional costs until all your belongings are packed on the truck and then you have no choice. Shame on this company

Where do I start! I hired Presto Logistics for my move from ** to ********** in December 2022, their price was so fair that we abandoned the idea of driving a Uhaul truck ourselves. They helped wrap everything, delivered everything in one piece and set up all the furniture they took apart perfectly. All in all it took a very small time frame for us to be delivered our items. I was very very glad to share their information the next month with a friend of mine who is doing the same long distance move as me. He is also very happy with the fair price and absolutely amazing service. This is ***************** side of it. The next part just makes me so emotional as a human being. ***** from Presto Logistics and his team have also graciously put their necks out to help ** in our efforts to send aid to the devastating earthquake that happened this week in ****** and *****. They so kindly donated the ******* consulate shipping supplies so we can send emergency care packages to people who survived. I can never write a good enough review for how amazing this company has been but please do your business with people who put care and pride in the service they provide even when nobody is looking.Thank you Presto Logistics. You have our business for life!

Moving is a stressful & expensive process so BEWARE read contract thoroughly!I'm 75, my wife is 73 and we wanted to share our experience with this company and our move to Bend, OR. We chose Presto because their moving plan sounded logical. It didn't turn out that way.We have a 2000sqft home, porch, shed and 2 storage units. 'No One' said we could get all our belongings in a one 26' truck. Presto was to send 2 trucks: 1 to storage units, 1 to our home, load, then meet back @ Presto to load an 18 wheeler. Didn't happen!Sent 1 truck, 2 guys (2 more joined up later). Sales Mgr.'s new plan was to load house then load storage units on same truck. I told them "it wouldn't all fit, where's my other truck plus this takes more time". We'll, it didn't fit so they had to rent a U-Haul truck. We sat waiting for over hour for other truck to show up. We had plans to get on the road that afternoon but loading took all day. This process was very stressful for my wife. She saw all our belongings (boxes) some of which were marked "this side up or fragile" loaded into this one truck (18' high) like a puzzle with no regards for the box markings. I thought to myself if there is no breakage/damage, it'll be a miracle. The 1st truck showed up 3 days later and when unloading they dropped a table & picture box that we saw. Marble top was cracked and all 6 pictures had their glass broken. All we're ruined! They then stacked box after box on top of each other in our garage without regards for what was in them or markings. It seemed they were just in a hurry to get back to LA.The bill was for $14,000, $2000 more than contracted bc they said they loaded more boxes which took up more cubic sq.ft.on truck. I said, "regardless of the # of boxes you loaded, it still fit in the allotted space of the truck." If they had sent 2 trucks like originally planned, this might have been an issue when transferring to 18 wheeler. Presto just underestimated the move after physically visiting our home to view the job. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY but in all fairness, they all may be this way, hence the BEWARE at the beginning of this review.P.S. We have unpacked 20% of our boxes and have found damaged/broken items bc of the way the boxes were handled. We expect to find more. If you take out add'l insurance at the get-go, ur move will be even more expensive. We feel their should be more standardization & regulation of this industry.

Brian and Denise delivered my furniture in Arizona and were absolutely phenomenal. I cannot say enough about this team. If you hire this company I hope you are as fortunate as I was and have the opportunity to meet Brian and Denise. Very hard workers, very dedicated, very professional and extremely polite.

I called Presto Logistics to schedule my move from California to Georgia about 7 weeks early and it was an easy/smooth process. Customer service was very friendly, informative, and they answered all of my questions. I got a quote through Facetime with Henry which was ***** for 300 cubic feet and I paid a **** deposit to book it. My pickup date was scheduled for Monday (1/17/22) and I finished packing a few days before on Friday (1/14/22). That's when I realized I had more stuff than what was on the original quote, and after reading other reviews about some people having to pay more on pickup, I immediately called Presto and spoke with Dave Parlo. We went through my inventory again, I told him exactly what I had and he assured me the price would remain the same. He emailed me an updated quote to sign, still priced at $2600 and everything should've been good. On Monday (1/17/22) at 6:00 am sharp, about 6 guys showed up to my home ready to move. As soon as the last box was taken out, the head guy says "sorry, you have to pay a little more"! I told him I spoke to Dave already and he kept saying there's nothing he can do, and charged me for 25 more cubic feet. The price went from ***** to ***** for 25 more cubic feet and he never even went to go look inside the truck or took any measurements. He just somehow knew I needed to be charged for 25 more cubic feet. It was 6 am and I didn't want to argue and my flight was the next night so I just agreed to pay the difference. My belongings arrived to Georgia 8 days later on 01/25/22. The 18-wheeler wouldn't make it down my street so I had to rent a truck and meet the driver at a nearby parking lot. The driver was alone and didn't have any movers to help. He offered to unload and load my truck by himself no problem but that would've taken him a long time and I didn't want to stand around and just watch him struggle so I hopped in truck and helped him out. I would not recommend this company this anyone.

Very happy with the overall service! Henry came out to my house and gave me a quote, the price was fairly accurate compared to what I ended up moving. They got me my stuff in a very reasonable amount of time and there was nothing damaged which was a first for me as I’ve moved many times. Highly recommended!

No-call, no-show for an scheduled estimate. No longer needed. Can't risk that with my goods.
