“Dependable Lift supplied us with two used forklifts for our warehouse about a year ago, both work incredibly well for our needs. Any time we have a mechanical issue, they respond quickly and almost always get things fixed right away. If there's any delay, they always provide a loaner forklift for the interim period. Teri, Gilbert and Ian are all wonderful to deal with, and I can't recommend this company enough!”

“They had a truck much smaller than a bobtail yet small enough truck with dolly to put a fridge in plus a lot of personal effects to fit just right in a 8x5 storage unit. Great in and out prompt customer service. Call make your app in advance - it def cuts wasting your time. I am all about time.”

“My family and I rented a U-haul truck from this location and it was a smooth and swift transaction. We reserved the truck early in the morning online and also completed the extra information that was needed, like uploading our license. This made the process go faster. When we arrived at the location we noticed it was also a 76 gas station combined with U-haul. Which is actually nice because when you need to fill the truck up for the next customer, you can do it there. Chris was the person who helped us with our transaction and he was great! Excellent customer service and made the process quick. We also ordered a dolly but they were not available. So he offered another alternative but we did not need it. He adjusted that on our bill. My family and I were very happy. This was our first time ever using U-haul and it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this location because our experience was great. The truck was ready to go! When we returned, a quick and smooth transaction. Chris was awesome! If the customer service is not good, I will definitely let you know. This location was amazing. When I need another U-haul, I will definitely use this location again.”

“Great location to us in the surrounding neighborhoods. Reserving online was a simple process and an even easier pickup. The person at the counter of the Mobil was very kind and attentive. My only knock would be that this location does not have carts, dollies or furniture pads so even though you may order/reserve them online you probably (in my case definitely) won't get them. But they will be taken off your bill so no need to worry about paying for something you don't get. I would and will definitely rent from here again in the future when I need a quick pickup for something bigger than my car will handle. (I rented a 9' cargo van)”

“Moving is a pain in the neck. From renting a U-haul, buying boxes, packing your stuff and getting people to help you out. Ugh!!!This branch helped me a ton. They work with you and give support. Customer service is understatement. They do a routine inspection on the storage units to make sure they are properly maintained and safe, then call the customer if something is off - like if the lock isn't the right one, etc.Returning Uhaul Vans or dolly is no hassle. They have a space inside the storage building allocated for stuff that renters do not need but can be donated. Cool!!”

“Extremely happy with my experience here summer and Rodger both have excellent attitudes explained the process showed us how to use everything and took the time to help me setup the application to make entering the building much easier gave us a much lower rate then other locations this place has equipment to help you load and unload all your belongings with no hesitation this place is extremely clean and well looked out for restrooms are also very clean would definitely recommend this storage unit to all friends and family in the future!
