“Great storage place. In a safe and quiet neighborhood. They are always tidying up, generally in the office, friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Adam the manager is fantastic. I've been here for over 2 years and highly recommend to anyone.”
“I went there for truck break down July 27th 2023, associate there it's very helpful ,special Attorney D it's very friendly provide help I really appreciate that”
“Superstar team! Everyone on the U-haul team went above and beyond to make my move possible. But the gentlemen at the Devonshire location, facilitated the time, attention, and confidence it took to get me in the right van and on my way!
Thank you gentlemen! ❤❤❤🙏”
“I keep coming back here because they actually know what theyre doing and dont waste your time. Stuff always gets handled quick and the location is easy to load stuff in and out of with no weird sneaky fees. This last time I had a small mix up with the reservation on my end and the guy just fixed it no drama. Parking lot can be a pain during peak hours but so far Ive always been able to grab a spot and get going. It’s one of those places that feels competent and not pushy so I’ll be back when I need a trailer or a van for sure.”
“Big shout out to Ashley S.!!! She helped my boyfriend and I today get our trailer and all the right hook ups. She was really kind and helpful and made it a great experience!!”
“Ryan is an excellent person, helps you get in and out quickly, always verifying the reservation, safe location for after hours, definitely recommend this location to everyone.”

“The U-Haul location in Northridge was quick and easy great Customer Service. The car was clean. The pick up is easy in the drop off was easier. Definitely gonna use them again.”
“Dependable Lift supplied us with two used forklifts for our warehouse about a year ago, both work incredibly well for our needs. Any time we have a mechanical issue, they respond quickly and almost always get things fixed right away. If there's any delay, they always provide a loaner forklift for the interim period. Teri, Gilbert and Ian are all wonderful to deal with, and I can't recommend this company enough!”
“I recently rented a truck and had an excellent experience. Their prices were the lowest I found, and there were no hidden fees. The customer service was exceptional - the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The truck was clean and well-maintained, making my move hassle-free. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable service at a great price!”
“For them for years since they’ve been in Chatsworth and before that the end a little sad that they’re a little bit far from us right now but I’m highly appreciated the years of relationship and great service and customer care”
“The smoothest experience I had from start to finish! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Maria was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process super easy. I highly recommend this place — ask for Maria”

“This station has always the best price in compare to the other Mobil stations. I highly recommend to use the Mobil app because of two reasons: first you don't need to use you card or talking to the cashier. Second: you can earn points and redeem your points .”

“They had a truck much smaller than a bobtail yet small enough truck with dolly to put a fridge in plus a lot of personal effects to fit just right in a 8x5 storage unit. Great in and out prompt customer service. Call make your app in advance - it def cuts wasting your time. I am all about time.”
“Location was a little bit tricky to find but it’s inside the Aqua Vitae Water store. I’m very satisfied with the customer service, they were very kind and helpful and insured I had a smooth sailing rental experience. Definitely affordable and convenient.”
“I was looking for a rentals car and I found this Gem about 10 minutes from me. They got me in and out the door in 30 very professionally. I also purchased a personal vehicle from them and the process was so smooth!!!”

“Moving is a pain in the neck. From renting a U-haul, buying boxes, packing your stuff and getting people to help you out. Ugh!!!This branch helped me a ton. They work with you and give support. Customer service is understatement. They do a routine inspection on the storage units to make sure they are properly maintained and safe, then call the customer if something is off - like if the lock isn't the right one, etc.Returning Uhaul Vans or dolly is no hassle. They have a space inside the storage building allocated for stuff that renters do not need but can be donated. Cool!!”
