David at the UPS store on Calabasas was truly amazing. I had to ship a very expensive purse to be held at his store for safety until my daughter could pick it up. It worked out exactly as planned. He called me when the package arrived at his store and then when it was picked up. Thank you David. Rarely do things go the way you hope they will. Bravo!

The main employee I think it’s Joe, spent the entire time staring at my children who were goofing around. I asked him to please give them space and that I felt uncomfortable he was just hovering standing staring at them. I come in ALL THE TIME. He 100% lost a customer today and I will be going to the Agoura Hills location from now on.

I came here on a Sunday since the Kanan UPS store (which is always great) was closed. The line was long, and Tory was moving incredibly slow. While waiting, I looked at some packing supplies near the register. He suddenly yelled at me to get back in line and not touch anything until it was my turn completely loud and unnecessary, especially in front of my 11-year-old daughter.
When we finally got to the counter, he immediately started interrogating me about the contents of the box like as if I was shipping a kilo of powder. I explained my daughter crochets custom animals for military kids with deployed parents and records YouTube videos for the families. Instead of helping, he dismissed it, said UPS would be “too expensive,” and told me to go to USPS not even without checking a single price. No weighing, no scanning, no real service.
He didn’t treat other customers prior to me this way. Whether it was profiling or just bad service, It was a terrible experience. The Kanan store is respectful and professional—this one isn’t.

Truly the nicest people. I would say this is the best UPS store I have ever been to. I was in a rush and both of the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely try to use this store whenever I can.

I will NEVER come back here and I’ve been coming here for years
I just had the WORST EXPERIENCE
I needed to ship packages that were ready to go
Employee gave me ATTITUDE and was RUDE and trying to RUSH me when I asked a simple question and didn’t even get a chance to respond
I WILL be complaining to corporate
