“Gilberto Astorga and his family are friends that we met through softball and they are always willing to answer questions and return our calls promptly if not available. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. The only reason I didn't give Farmers a 5-star rating, mind you it is in no way any fault of Gilberto Astorga or his family, is that I was involved in a collision in which I was not at fault and the other person didn't have insurance. Just because it happened in Mexico (I was told that I would have coverage within 25 miles of the international border) and Farmers insurance wasn't able to get in touch with the other party, I have to pay the 750 deductible for the repairs.”
