who’s idea was it to change the website? genuinely the worst possible change AND somehow my account got lost? what a joke. and now every single product i buy is no longer an option? ffs. why is the majority of options sativa or hybrid too? where the hell did all of the indica options go. i’ve had my issues in the past with wrong deliveries, you guys canceling my order for no reason, and rude staff. i’ve NEVER made any complaints and did my best to stay understanding. have even stayed loyal ordering here but i give up this is just getting ridiculous.

The staff and drivers I've had so far are very sweet and the delivery is pretty fast. The products are decently priced and the loyalty program helps with the taxes a ton. There's always something on sale too. Both here and greenstone are good but royal apothecary has become my main place to shop

Was trying to order delivery, I have PTSD and major depressive disorder. I had a focal seizure while on the phone repeating the same word over and over again, they have now canceled every order I put in and the Cannabis helps to stop the focal seizures this place is awful they never gave me any communication and every time I've tried to call them they just hang up violently. Don't go here

I don't recommend this place. They are very unreliable with what they represent and sell online. Save your money.
This place used to be reliable but not anymore. You order online and place an order. Then, find out what you ordered is not even in stock, so they make adjustments to your order without your knowledge and still expect you to still want to spend your money. They must be smoking too much product on the job.

Deceptive advertising I even called to make sure they had this product and ended up something completely different I want a refund but I doubt they'll do that so I'm just going to leave this post make sure you get the right product advertised because I'm truly upset with what I just paid for i wouldn't mind paying more for better quality because this just won't do it for me ? advertised as top shelf and it's not even mid
The owner claims it's the company's fault your website has the product marketed as top shelf carbon fiber look at the picture the one you guys are selling is the premium carbon fiber so it is false marketing on your end and you should fix that and I should be getting a refund!

Super friendly place and people. They know exactly what they have and what would work best for customers. Decent prices and specials, including an occasional coupon. Great service, real good products, and the service at the store is awesome.
