The white guy who was working today around 1pm was extremely rude, the moment I walked in he yelled in front of all the other customers at me to take my helmet off, even though my visor was already up when I came in. I understand if you don’t want helmets on, but you can just ask politely instead of yelling at me the moment I walk in.
Also, very unique experience as NO other store, even other 7/11s have even asked me to remove my helmet before. This guy is unprofessional and has terrible customer service skills.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Walked into the store on 4/21/25 it stank from whatever horrid incense they were burning. Grabbed some hot food and when I started to eat it and I noticed it tasted like the store smelled. Incense is for smoke shops not a 711 where food is exposed to it.

Well everything changed last night I used to go in that store sometimes three times a day no more. I ride a scooter and for months now I've always been able to put it just inside the store well before last night the guy says you can't bring it In the store I've been going there longer than the guy who said it has worked there. I've let a lot of of things slide no more will I go there and will tell everyone I know to avoid that store. I guess the owner/manager feels the same because the owner responded to my positive text within a few hours but upon my editing this one I've heard nothing for days interesting words are powerful sometimes and the lack of words is powerful sometimes.

This is THE WORST 7-11 store ever!! It's slowly gone done since the foreigners took ownership. They're rude, disrespectful and just NOT nice ppl!!! Save yourself the anguish and go somewhere else!

This location is very mid-tier. Employees are usally efficient with doing their jobs. But better communication would be nice. It seems there's not a lot of care going into customer service, just enough to get by which is a minimum standard for a pass in my book.
I usally come here for the drinks and it's easy to pay and get going. Property cleanliness is good enough, the safest time to come here is during the day if you ask me.
If you're look for a top tier 7/11 location, this isn't it but you can definitely get by here. The new one on Yucaipa Blvd by the 10 freeway is much nicer.

Deeply disturbed 7 Eleven clerks follow customers around the store while they shop. They think everyone is trying to steal from them! It is also a training ground for inexperienced employees.

Good luck if you ever come here after midnight. They frequently lock the door with a CHAIN for hours. I thought 7-11 was 24/365???

I've shopped at this convenience store for almost 20 years. I'll go out of my way to shop here. I especially like Cheryl, she's always nice to me and sells me winning CA lottery scratchers, she's my lucky retailer.
