I have never left a review on anything in my life but this pharmacy is the absolute worst. I put up with late refills and mean employees for years because no place is perfect but recently I called for a refill and was treated like garbage and told “we don’t have that medication right now and we don’t know when it will be back in stock.” with no explanation and was essentially hung up on. I called again later to ask about it and they made it seem like this common medication was impossible to get and they couldn’t do anything about it. I called my doctor to switch it to the banning Walgreens and once they got the prescription they had it filled within an hour. Ever since then they have had it ready on time every month and they are so nice on the phone when I call. Do yourself a favor and just go to Banning instead.

We have moved in the Calimesa area about 2-year or so, and it's our first time used this Walgreen pharmacy for my husband's prescription meds. There was a co-pay for the meds and I used their store credit paper card that they have returned me several months ago, for the otc meds I bought but not needed, they rejected the card, and said it's not valid. I got so angry at them and said to them if you don't take this then don't return me with this paper store credit card. When I returned the otc meds was only a few days since I got them, along with my receipt, and they accused me of returned them after 30 days, and without the receipt. I don't recommend anyone to go there because one, these people are not friendly and their policies are not acceptable. Walgreen stores have bad policies, and once these people take your money and don't want to return regardless, because they will find a reason to throw at you and make it as if it's your false. We have always visited the CVS pharmacy and they are great people, full of manner, policies great, and never have any problem, till we moved to this Calimesa area. So, before you decide to go to the Walgreen store, I would suggest you to think twice, and for me this Walgreen store deserve a ONE STAR, I wish there is a ZERO STAR.

The Walgreens located in Calimesa California has the most horrible customer service people. I will never return to that one. I’ve heard other customers being treated poorly and now have experienced it twice myself. Something should be done about those employees!

This Walgreens has always been very professional and helpful to me. I want to shout out to Nour, she went above and beyond to help me with my prescription she took her time to contact my doctor to straighten out the problem on my prescription she was very professional and friendly, again I would like to thank her for all her help.

My Walgreens pharmacy, and the entire staff at Calimesa, has always been very helpful. They always greet me by name. They inform me about any changes in my meds. and talk me through any questions I may have. They are like Family to me. Don't know what I would do without them ❤️

The service at this pharmacy is incredibly sluggish. The wait times for medication preparation, whether inside or at the drive-thru, are excessively long. Even with only two people ahead of me, it took a staggering 40 minutes to be served.
I’m gonna change my pharmacy! I’m done with this place

NORA is a NIGHTMARE!!!! Beware of this pharmacy!! Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Nora is the Queen of hanging up on people! This actually happened to me a year ago by the same woman and again today!
I see on the other reviews she is giving this treatment to numerous people as I suspected. Why is she not fired?
