“Family run and owner operated pharmacy gives this pharmacy a personal touch that is hard to find these days. Also Calistoga needs a place like this wonderful pharmacy and it serves a purpose for the community. I got my adult son who has allergies some Zyrtec here and there is a large selection of over the counter medications. Also there is make up and used books for sale.”

“friends, you better trust your pharmacy and, it's staff! tuttles has been my choice for pharmaceutical care ever since 2009, when i met my then future wife who was already a client of theirs. robert and his staff are some of the most professional, ethical - concscientious people i have ever had the pleasue of, really, them working for me. from home deliveries, sometimes twice the same day and periodically, even a phone call from robert on a sunday. without exception, for those of us who depend on medication for our very life, tuttles has shown extraordinary care in carrying out their own intent and purpose in their approach to serve their fellow neighbors of humanity. they carry the highest of standards of professional acumen, again...i say professional!!! as i am a yelp contributor, this review is for one of the best! randall stevens, bennett valley- santa rosa, ca.”

“First time coming in since usually I get my meds delivered. Things went quickly though the phone was busy and it was a bit hectic for them. Bought a thermometer and some Pepto and the price was decent. I'd go again if I have to. Tiny place!”

“Lucky's Pharmacy in Montgomery Village was our Pharmacy for 20 years. Every Pharmacist that worked there, was Awesome! It was a sad day today, as all the Lucky's Pharmacies were closed up No other pharmacy will take their place. I will miss the conversations and the personal service knowing us by name.It was close and convenient to shop at Lucky's and get my prescriptions at the sane time. Best Wishes to all the Pharmacist's that have to search for a new job. Times are not easy right now.Thank-You for a great 20 years!”

“Since we moved to Santa Rosa back in 2005, we've tried juat about every pharmacy in town. Rite Aid, Walgreens and CVS are the big three in Sonoma County and Walgreens is closest to our home. We tried and tried to use Walgreens Pharmacy. We would eithr drop off our prescription or the doctor would send electronically. Go to Walgreens the next day and wait 20 minutes in line only to get to the counter and be told our prescription wasn't ready. Have a seat for another 20 minutes and then you can get your prescription. There has to be a better way. There is, it's called Tuttles Hoen Pharmacy. Once I discovered this neighborhood pharmacy, I transferred all of my prescriptions there. Mike, the pharmacist is a great to deal with, answers any questions about dosage or side effects of the medications and will follow up to my doctor with refill requests when they aren't sent right away. Chrissy, the woman that handles the computer insurance approvals and the cash register is an angel and if I ask for a phone call when they receive a prescription from my doctor, she calls me and lets me know the prescription is there. They need to clone Chrissy and send the clones over to Walgreens to get things moving. When I can't get over to Hoen Ave. to pick up my prescription, which is about 25% of the time. I ask fora delivery. They have a morning and an afternoon delivery. I have always received my prescriptions from the Tuttles Hoen driver when they are expected. They seem to have retired people doing their deliveries and they do a great job. As long as Mike and the crew at Tuttles Hoen Pharmacy keep the doors open I will continue to go there and hope that the secret about the best pharmacy in Santa Rosa doesn't get out. I'd hate t o have to wait in line 20 minutes at Tuttles Hoen Ave.”

“Since I moved my mother into an assisted living facility it has been difficult for me to let go of certain tasks, like picking up my mothers medications each week. The nurse highly recommended I switch to Creekside since they do it all; match prices, deliver, bill monthly, you name it. After switching to Creekside I have to say the customer service and the care put forth by the staff was astonishing. Shane, Creekside Manager, was very helpful, as was Pat and Michele in the billing office. These guys are the best and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“I appreciate the service at the pharmacy. The people there are super sweet. All except one person. An older white man became really defensive when I asked for a prescription that wasn't ready yet. It was a miscommunication and I do not appreciate the defensiveness from that. The person before me was treated really nicely but it was completely different for me. (the customer in front of me is also a white man and I am not) smh it takes away a star from cvs.”

“I've had interactions with a couple people working at this store and they weren't the best. The lack of normal social skills is strong at this location, but I dealt with a guy named Melky the other day and he was absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. Need more employees like him to get hired.”

“Staff is always kind here which is nice. Prices get a little wild but hey, convenient is convenient ?‍♀️ definitely use the coupon app or you'll be paying more than you should pretty often.”

“I have been getting prescriptions since August from a car accident injury that keeps resurfacing. I have been extremely frustrated with my experience with the clinic over this situation and still in pain, in October. A misunderstanding with dosage led me to not receiving pain patches, the only thing that was helping. I felt empathy and extremely sweet character from the older, Asian pharmacist that has been witnessing my struggle. I appreciate him so much. Sometimes I've waited a bit longer than promised, when he hasn't been there, that's why only 4 stars. Never a specific issue with anyone else but He is just the best!”

“These guys work their tails off. It's sad reading all these reviews. Maybe I'm bias because I work in healthcare but I don't think most people could handle one day in the shoes of any of the people working at any pharmacy. Everyone thinks that they're the only individual with a reason to be picking up a rx, but also people needing medication need to be wdupavpit the meds their taking, there's laws and protocols and dispensing systems that the layman can't and wouldn't understand. Yes, there are a bunch of improvements that's could be made but it's not at the pharmacy staff level folks.... And it's not just Walgreens it's everywhere, all the time. Maybe be thankful you have access to medication instead of complaining about an overrun underfunded staffing system/shortage at a corporate level.”

“The pharmacists are very helpful and have answered my questions - very kind and go the extra mile At times the staff seems rushed, but always helpful. The only issue that might be addressed is the outside of CVS could use some sprucing up. Thank you for your Service!”

“It's a standard Walgreens. Sadly the pharmacy is short staffed, so it took a long time to get my prescription. But they're trying, just be patient with them, they're doing the best that they can”
