I understand that they may be short staffed. And although the staff are pleasant. It does not help that you have to wait over 30 minutes for some of your prescriptions. This is getting ridiculous I’m going to be asking my doctor to change the pharmacy.

No follow through with ordering medications. Doesn't have anything on time. Doesn't call to tell you that rX has been ordered/is ready. Four people working and yet nobody can acknowledge customers waiting for over five minutes at the counter. Call and sit on hold and they will hang up on you. No employees wearing masks.

Rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune of having to talk to.I asked a question about meds and was told..."well, what to do you think?" Ayer thanking them for finaly answering my question, the female staffer hung up on me???
