Went here for the second time and bought three pairs of pants. When I got home 1 of the pairs of pants still had the theft prevention tag on them because the empty somehow missed one . I live almost an hour away so it’s a hassle just to go back and get this tag removed. Next week I did go back with pants in the Aeropostale bag letting them know they forgot to remove it and the woman there had the audacity to ask me for the receipt as if I had stolen it and would bring it back to a store I stole it from. I grinned and said well ofcourse since I had to drive an hour back here so you guys can do your job like you should’ve the first time. I should’ve ask for a manager! The audacity of that woman even made the other male staff laugh in the back when he heard her ask! ?

Large selection helpful and courteous staff and really Great Prices. Found a pair of great fitting jeans for as well as some shirts everything is between 20 and 70% off. Mostly I was was very happy with the service especially the manager was great. And there's many places in Camarillo Outlet Mall. This is just one of the many gems as well as having many places to eat. If you're anywhere near the neighborhood check it out.

Gave it poor service, I was telling to the cashier to check the price of the products that I was getting and I told her to remove the floral jogger and she removed it but she charge me the jogger and I don’t have time to check my receipt and I just saw it when I was home.. Ridiculous service that I experience and its my first time to go there.. LAZY employees!btw it only says here in the receipt that the salesperson no. Is 9. I don’t get her name to reveal how lazy she is

I could not understand what was going on in that store. Like 5 different sales happening at same time. For first 10 mins I didn't find an employee. They were blending in with the customers. It's a very busy store and small size area, very crowded.

Employees were extremely helpful and quick with transactions. They did not have a wide variety of Jean sizes above a 6 so that was a down side.
