Zero customer service. Two associates were chatting and giggling at the counter, completely ignoring customers. When I asked for assistance, they made faces and clearly didn’t want to leave their spot. The store was empty, yet no one was offering help. When I inquired about my shoe size, their attitude was rude, like I was interrupting their slow day. Trash.

I visited the Aldo Outlet in Camarillo today 6/25/25 at 2 pm, and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. A young employee named Giselle displayed an extremely unprofessional attitude—she was rude, dismissive, and openly mocking. She laughed at me, refused to answer basic questions, and showed zero respect throughout the interaction. I’m honestly at a loss for words to describe just how unacceptable her behavior was. It’s truly disappointing to see Aldo hiring individuals who treat customers this way.

I visited Aldo outlet to return online order and experienced the worst customer service. The manager here named Giselle (very young girl with unprofessional attitude.I honestly don't even know if she is the manager) was so rude from the beginning and it was obvious that she was intentionally giving me a hard time. Eventually I complained about her attitude and she said that I was the problem(of course…) I told her as a store manager you shouldn’t have this kind of attitude towards customers, she said she doesn’t care because customers dont pay her a salary. Entire time she treated me like I was really stupid. I don’t know if the owner is aware of her behavior but I am not the only one complaining about her in this forum. She is rude and pissed a lot of people off. A lot of times costumers often don't know your company policy or some process. If you can't stand the questions from customers, I think you shouldn't work in this kind of service industry. I have lost interest in aldo anymore and will never buy Aldo again.

We had the worst experience ever.
We had to wait 45 minutes for the guy over there at the checkout counter.
Because he said that he has to do something before checking is out.
When we were waiting at the checkout line with our shoes.
The employees at their store don’t wanna work .

I had a terrible experience The store manager “ Giselle” was very rude and disrespectful, She did nothing To resolve my issue just made things worse. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from the store when wearing them my first day, the shoes were very uncomfortable, and I was not satisfied with the quality of the shoe. So I simply wanted to do a return and get my money back, and the store refused to take them back. The whole time the manager, Giselle looked at me like she didn’t want to help me and wanted me to leave. She kept cutting me off when I would speak. And seem very bothered to help me. I don’t understand how she’s a manager at that store. It’s truly a shame. ! I hope your main manager “Juana” Can do a better job.I do not recommend buying shoes from here. They’re very cheap quality not worth the money. I am never coming back to the store!
