I had a terrible experience The store manager “ Giselle” was very rude and disrespectful, She did nothing To resolve my issue just made things worse. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from the store when wearing them my first day, the shoes were very uncomfortable, and I was not satisfied with the quality of the shoe. So I simply wanted to do a return and get my money back, and the store refused to take them back. The whole time the manager, Giselle looked at me like she didn’t want to help me and wanted me to leave. She kept cutting me off when I would speak. And seem very bothered to help me. I don’t understand how she’s a manager at that store. It’s truly a shame. ! I hope your main manager “Juana” Can do a better job.I do not recommend buying shoes from here. They’re very cheap quality not worth the money. I am never coming back to the store!

Not sure what store everyone else is talking about below. I called and was looking for something specifically and IRENE not only found what I wanted... when I came in I could barely carry everything to my car. She's amazing, provided me great customer service and all with kindness. She was very attentive with all the customers while I was there. I was there 8/22 around 8-8:30 and I'll def drive an hour just to get her. I didn't ask but she def seemed like the manager. Thanks you -1 star now because for the last week I've called several times throughout the day and nobody answers.

Worst Aldo ever. The whole time they thought I was going to steal or something. A lady came up to me and asked me if I needed help, but I didn't so I told her no and she took a few steps back, watched me open a shoe box, and says "are you sure?" Mind you, this was the THIRD person to ask me if I needed help and then continue to stare me down. I ended up purchasing a pair of shoes I liked, but the customer service is something to be ashamed of. Those girls in there are too focused on their appearance and social life to have a job in retail. Find some new employees or train a little better. It's unacceptable.

The young girl who was working that day, acted like we were bothering her when all we did was ask if she had a shoe in different size . I will never step a foot in the door again. Rude rude custom service.

Horrible customer service. I used to manage this store for 4 years. Customers are ALWAYS #1! Now it seems like employees chatting and being lazy is number one.... no one greets within 15 seconds, no one brings alternative styles, no one adds on shoe care or accessories. Crazy how I had that store running day and night and everyone at the outlets would try to take my staff and myself because of how good we were. Now it's the opposite... glad I switched to Steve Madden.

Very unhelpfull employees 2 of the girls were standing today in front of the store talking about how she is oily all day and exchanging make up information. customers coming in and were completely ignored. I passed right in between them and they just moved slightly and continued their conversation. I saw another customer looking for a size but of course they were too busy talking about the loreal concealer to even acknowledge the customer

This must be by far the worst experience I have ever received at a business. i Went into the store at the Camarillo outlet mall in Camarillo, CA to return some products that were previously ordered to be shipped through this store with the assistant of the manager Irene who then told me that I could return the products if I were dissatisfied with them.

This must be by far the worst experience I have ever received at a business. i Went into the store at the Camarillo outlet mall in Camarillo, CAÂ Â to return some products that were previously ordered to be shipped through this store with the assistant of the manager Irene who then told me that I could return the products if I were dissatisfied with them. When I arrived I handed both the products and the sales receipt to Alondra who wasn't able to refund the money on the card since the receipt did not show the type of payment was made, that is when I offered to show her my credit card statement to verify that it was pain using my credit card but Alondra refused to do so and she asked me to wait so she can call her manager on her cell and ask her. The manager suggested that I get store credit after going back and forth I accepted to receive a store credit and I asked for the balance to be put on a gift card. Alondra immediately said that I have to find something right now because she is unable to give me store credit in a form a gift card and I told her that she can't force me to buy something that I don't need nor want at this time and I requested a gift card once again.Then she asked me to wait to talk to the manager again and I told her you cannot be wasting my time if you don't know how to do your job. Than is when her and Giselle called me rude which they did more than once. Giselle kept on saying things under her breath. I'm sorry but this is not the language that should ever be used with a customer. I will never return to Aldo ever again and I will never recommend Aldo to anyone. Lack of professionalism, politeness and experience in customer service was very noticeable. I highly recommend you train your employees how to deal with their customers and how to have more respect towards them.
