I would have liked to stay 30 days but my stay here was cut short due to medical reasons (on my own accord) which the staff was so helpful with. I was really getting into the daily group meetings and personal self care and growth. The staff was super helpful and friendly with my day to day overall mood and needs. The rooms are large and clean, big bathroom. The Dr. was easy to talk to and she suggested some options that have helped me in the long run. Overall I highly recommend Altitude if you need help with addiction, it's OK to ask for help!

My experience overall was great! The first thing that sticks out in my mind is how great the staff were! Starting off with Miko (who is in admissions) and accommodated me in every way possible to get me there. Paid my ticket, talked to me all the way thru the process and really went above and beyond for me. My case manager, Scott, also exceptional. His experience strength and hope really helped me in so many ways and his intuitive approach was something I've never experienced in all my years of seeking treatment. The techs, all also amazing in their own ways. They all can relate and treat the clients as equals and never got the vibe that we were anything less than such. Clarissa, amber, Jake, Sophia ALL of which were the best and I was able to learn so much from each and every one. Their caring and compassion shined thru each step of the way. The house was very clean. The first week took some getting used to the rules, mostly learned from other clients. The only suggestion I could think of is maybe getting a run down of the general rules/expectations handed to each client upon admission.

Altitude saved my life, specifically Miko. Going into this place I had zero hope for myself and I thought my addiction would forever consume me. As a soon to be mom, I seriously will never be able to repay every single one of the staff members for guiding me to a better and happier life. This family, and I don’t say family lightly, will forever be in my heart.

My name is Grant and I'm definitely an alcoholic. My stay at Altitude was just what I needed to get my head straight. I am from Ohio and have never been to the West coast but recovery took me there. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff treated me with respect and talked with me about their struggles with substance abuse, candidly. They understood me and loved me until I could love myself again. The house is amazing, is surrounded by roses and has a swimming pool (I swam everyday.) The food is deliciously prepared daily and they have plenty of snacks, let's just say, I was never hungry. We took trips to the beach, we meditated, we did yoga, I had a personal trainer (to my self basically). God knows that this place means well and believes in the people who decide to make this "the place" they start their journey of happy destiny.

Altitude recovery is top notch. The environment is clean and comfortable to the highest extent. It is the perfect place to go if you need help in any way. This place has a way of finding exactly what you need personally and giving it to you. The admissions personnel is the best you will find. Trust your heart and the process. We do recover!

altitude was one of the best rehabs i’ve been to. the staff genuinely care and aren’t just about the money like other places. the admissions coordinator nicole made the admissions process very smooth and was so sweet and genuine. there’s great food great amenities and great staff. 10/10 would recommend someone struggling with substance abuse or dual diagnosis to go to altitude.

This place has really helped me in my journey from the staff to the facility to Miko, everyone was a joy to be around and they really made me feel like I was a priority and not an asset. If there were more stars I’d give them it. If you are thinking of going here I really recommend it and hope the best for you and your recovery

This is a great place to go when you need help. The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful, and genuinely want you to succeed. The groups are interesting and give new ways of looking at life that help relieve old traumas and give hope for living a fulfilling sober life. The house is always clean and is filled with great food and much comfort when you need it the most. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
