The manager, Nathan needs to find another job away from people and customers in general. He was loud, rude, and wrong about an issue that one of his employees caused and makes me never want to visit this location again.

Very rude picks and chooses who they want to greet and not friendly at all white girl name Ceina made me feel very uncomfortable just standing next to me while trying on my shoes Eileen asking other customers how their shoes fit but not me but mocking it obvious that they did not want to help me. They were both very rude so I decided to walk out the store not purchasing my shoes. If I can leave zero stars for them I would not friendly or welcoming at all. Bad customer service

Absolutely terrible. Purchased a pair from this store, less than a year later the bottom is already beginning to come off, color is already fading. Very disappointing because I've had a different pair of asics for almost 5 years. Came back to see if anything caught my eye, and no one greeted me or even asked if I needed help. Mind you I came in on a very slow Wednesday morning. Terrible.

Great deals and so much to shop for. The staff was Amazing!! They answered every question I had and schooled on the best shoes for foot pain. Staff was friendly, warm and inviting.

The customer service was fantastic. The sales person /Lady was very helpful and went above and beyond in finding correct fitting comfortable walking shoe's. Especially for my wife who had an ankle surgery so needed special attention. The sales lady spent 30 minutes or so and made sure that my wife got a perfect pair of shoe's. I will always shop at this location just because of her. I am glad that humble and helpful people still exists.
