I placed an order fort two phones online and within a few hours I got the confirmation that the phones were ready to be picked up. Ray at the store was great! He helped me pick out screen, protectors, and new charging stations and set everything up for us. Highly recommend it.

Ray was efficient and knowledgeable as was another colleague. Way better than trying to talk to AT&T on the phone. Finished in minutes compared to dealing with CS at 800 number which took about two hours!
