I'm from out of town, so I stopped here for a "quick" deposit right when they opened. I've never waited this long in any BoA EVER. Long wait, few guests, two tellers. One teller, Liliana, left her station to greet a guest at the door. She proceeded to talk to the guess while the line got longer. A few guests asked her politely if she could help guests. She said "yes, I'm on my way" but did not. She also ignored guests who tried to help another teller get her attention because he needed help servicing another person. While we waited, another worker entered the teller door and again, a guest asked for help. He chuckled and said "someone will help you". The guest who asked walked away disappointed.

Clearly the worst example of customer service- long lines, few tellers and simply an unbelievable long slow line every time- even w only 3 people in line it's 20 mins. It's obvious they don't want us in the branches anymore!Simply dreadful-The DMV could teach these people something about poor service- wait, am I saying the DMV is better than them !?YES

There is never enough tellers at this location and BofA doesnt let you withdraw large amounts at the ATM so it forces you to wait in line. I have seen the line go out the door and around the building on multiple occasions. They always have a lot of personal bankers working but never more than 2 tellers at once

B of A in Camarillo turned into a total nightmare. Long waiting lines and only two bank tellers available. And every time they ask me if I want to open a new checking or savings account. It is very annoying.

****manager just opened the door and with shock announces "my it's busy today! It's going to be at least a 45 minute wait " This branch is chronically severely understaffed. As far as I can sort they only have two tellers and one manager that walks the floor and makes appointments and handles frustrated customers. Their hours are shortened and with only two tellers ever working the lines are often over one hour long!!!! Or at least they have been on every single visit I've made in the last 2 plus years. To be clear this was an issue before covid too. I'm currently in line and am number 17 waiting outside for them to open at 10 am on a Saturday. The line is growing quickly behind me. It seems I'm not the only one in town that knows they can't manage their customers during their short weekday hours or their 3 hours of open time on Saturday! I have a 5 to 10 minute wait at my other banks in town any day of the week with plenty of staff and standard business hours. I'm listening to several conversations of people in line around me and they are all talking about this branch only has 1~2 tellers. This is a joke!!!! The manager just responds that no one wants to work and they can't get any hires. Uh huh. I'm not on the habit of leaving negative reviews but Bank of America has so consistently had subpar service this is just one more layer after 10 years of experience with them

Honestly this branch is a joke. They always have at least 4-6 personal bankers, but never any tellers. Every time I come I stand in line for 20+ minutes all while at least 10 or more people are in line and only one teller. What gets me is that the Manager walks around saying she's the Manager, but she never jumps behind the counter to make it a smooth process. Pretty disappointed in this branch.

Such an incompetent management. I came in about an hour after opening. I just came in for change and after waiting in line for over an hour, two of the three tellers have the right amount of coin change guess which teller I got. After being told i have to go back in line and waiting another 30min one of the two tellers was able to to help. I don't blame the tellers, i do blame the management as they do not have there staff prepared for the day or even help them. it's clear that they would rather laugh and gossip with the security guard.

I hate this bank. It is run by people that know nothing about finances. To order checks, tellers won't do, you need a rep. Really? The hours are 10-4. Really??? What if you have a job? They are rude, incompetent, and SLOW. I hate this bank. The assistant manager came out to the lobby and reprimanded me for she said being "disruptive" because I was discussing the poor service with other angry customers, and says she refuses to help me. She said I need to call customer service to order my checks, she handed me her business card. I hear others complaining, a middle aged African American male, a young white woman, an older white male, and me, but is saying nothing to them. I feel I am being discriminated against because I am an older white female. I will be moving ALL my accounts from this bank after 20 years. I am done. UPDATE: As of yesterday, I closed all my accounts with Bank of America due to this one branch in Camarillo on Ponderosa which is run by inexperienced people. They are rude, lazy, hostile, you name it. I WAS a top tier client for over 20 years. Sad but BofA in Thousand Oaks is awesome, it looks like a bank, it acts like a bank when compared to the circus in Camarillo. I wrote a letter to corporate that this branch needs to be shut down and reevaluated and weed out the hostile employees so that clients are treated like they should be. Never will I bank with BofA because they allow this hostile environment in the Camarillo branch. Funny thing, 90% of the employees don't even live in Camarillo. Here's to looking in my rear view mirror. BTW, the bank I moved to is awesome and thrilled to have me as a client.

Lisa at Bank of America Camarillo on Ponderosa was so helpful to me after being unemployed from Covid, she took me in and took the best care of me on a walk in last minute no questions asked and help me fixed some numbers in my Checking account. I recommend that bank thoroughly.

Not sure why I keep any money with this bank. Lines always long, managers sassy, never helpful. 15 people in line and only one teller.

I've been banking with Bank of America for 15 years. The last 5 have been horrible. There customer service is terrible and unhelpful. Recently I've been having a credit cards payment get reversed but the money is never put back in my account. My monthly statements are inaccurate and missing information. I will be definitely looking for a new bank. Never use this bank!

Every time I walk into this bank, every agent is busy and the teller line is outrageous. I don't know why anyone would bank at this place? The customer service is horrible!

Deserves less than 1 star - I arrived at 12:03 pm, left at 12:48 after waiting in a 30+ people line. The Branch Manager was in the back for most of the time I was waiting in line, and only had 6 others - 1 guard/greeter, 3 working the additional services, and only 2 tellers. The poor Elders that were waiting in line with their 2 canes and switching with their spouses between line and sitting. Manager was confronted by someone asking why the bad service and long wait time, as she responded to him, he leaves - did she just get kicked out?? She then asks "anyone with a straight deposit?" I raised my hand, she responds "you're almost there." ??? She can take my transaction and this will one of the elders to get to the teller faster??? Why do people bank with this bank??? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE, its their normal way of operating, regardless of COVID. I was making a deposit for an out of state employee's check and I'll never leave Chase and Union Bank -- NEVER BEEN mistreated and had to wait in lines.

Only 2 tellers helping customers. While there's is a long line waiting. Is been like this even before the Covid19 pandemic. My personal opinion thier cheap to hire more employees. That's just me.
