They treat you like a welcomed guest, answer any questions you may have and above all respect and dignity. I don't have to remind anybody that it's missing from most places these days. People have forgotten how to treat each other, it's shameful. But moving on the selection of tools, fasteners and hard to find items is incredible. Their small front office hides the huge warehouse of inventory in the back. If they don't have it in stock, they will special order it for you. Besides tools and fasteners, they have vises, sledgehammer, electrical tools, air tools and battery powered tools for every industry. They have some of the most powerful flashlights I've ever seen and so much more. Go see for yourself and ask for Carol or Sandy and their employees, they all know their stuff and are waiting to help you find what you are looking for. They honestly deserve a 10 star rating!”

“I had a very easy time getting supplies for my Eagle Scout Project where I was building a three section rabbit hutch for an elder home with twenty rabbits. The customer service was amazing from John Bryarly, Daniel Gutierrez, April Hernandez, and most of all from their manager Dennis Petty. When I had trouble navigating through the store there were people who were available to help. The pricing of the lumber was good in comparison to other competitors. Overall I actually enjoyed going there and I will in the future if I ever need something.”

First, I needed keys made. Veronica offered and had them made before I even turned around to shop for other things. Then I needed to solve a problem of lifting a couch for a senior and Seth helped me see the solution through. Then Jack cut pieces of lumber after I had purchased the long pole.
