Wow! Where do I begin!? This property is absolutely stunning, giving you lots of options for your ceremony and reception locations. We ended up choosing it as our venue over a few other top contenders because it has this beautiful barn that we could use in case it rained. Well, there was light rain all day on our wedding day and yet our hearts were still set on an outdoor ceremony, if at all possible. We made the final ceremony location decision hours before the ceremony and the venue was very accommodating and flexible. While guests sat holding umbrellas in the light misty rain, we said our vows under the beautiful fig tree and it felt magical, memorable and romantic. I was originally fearful of the nearby freeway being a distraction but the day of, no one seemed to notice it, including myself. The reception inside the barn was breathtaking and all our guests keep raving about how beautiful everything was! What is most special about this venue is the people who work there. Molly, the venue manager, was the absolute sweetest, most accommodating and flexible person to work with. She was a huge part in us deciding on this venue because she was so helpful from the start. The site rep, Lindee, was so supportive the day of, helping calm my nerves, helping us around the property and supporting us in all of our decisions and needs. Given the weather and our gamble to hold the ceremony outside anyways, my dress got a little muddy after the ceremony. After giving my husband and I a moment to ourselves, both Lindee and Molly, along with my husband, took wipes to the bottom of my dress to try and get some of the mud off. Honestly, that kind of service and dedication is unreal and speaks volumes about their commitment to making everything as perfect as possible! Everything turned out amazing and we are so thankful we chose Camarillo Ranch as our venue!

I was there for an event where they had the Camarillo White Horses !! This was an extremely rare occasion as they hardly bring the horses on display anymore., and that day, they had three White Horses and a Heritage Horse !!
They also had beer, wine, and swag !!
Free entrance !!!
It was GREAT !!

Great wedding venue! The only required vendor is their catering which has so so many options and was delicious! We used the barn and a little outside area for the cocktail hour and they let us have access to a room in the main house where we could keep our stuff, had a private restroom and vanity to touch up make up.
Everyone was very nice and easy to work with while planning everything and they have excellent vendor recommendations. Which we used All Occasions event planning and In thr Mix events.

You need to be here to admire its charm, I feel right at home owning a 100 year old home myself. Wish I could walk through the house at night, with the lights off.

Just another day trip adventure and we saw the "Historic" sign along the 101.
What a beautiful place! So quiet and peaceful, beautifully maintained. All kinds of information on the various plants.
On a side note...seriously the absolute nicest public restrooms I have ever experienced. So freaking clean! There was a small plaque outside the door that mentioned an NYFD hero who died on 9/11. Kind of special.
Overall a perfect spot for a quiet picnic or a small wedding.

Very interesting to see where the Camarillo family lived and ran their Lima bean operation.

Attending a wedding here for the first time and it was a wonderful venue. The grounds were incredible and the location easy to get to with ample parking for guests. An outdoor garden setting for the wedding, cocktail hours in a different outdoor setting, followed by the reception inside the big red bard. Loved the lighting with rustic, yet simple vibes.I would love yo attend another event here!

An excellent place to see what early California life was like. Off the crowded tourist track, Camarillo Ranch House was set in a tranquil garden with huge specimen trees including a rare araucaria (umbrella pine) from Brazil. The well informed tours are a bargain at $10 donation to the maintenance of the mansion. Highly recommended! Tip: spend some time before or after tour in the souvenir room for further education.
