I met with Yesenia and unfortunately she gave me incorrect advice after she assured me that a conservatorship check could be deposited into a trust account on two seperate occasions.

I have been very happy with Chase Bank and specially with Camarillo branch, until Saturday the 31st of December. I was unlucky to end up doing transactions with Clarissa cash box #5. It was very obvious that she had no desire to help anyone or to be there. When I asked her if she could help me set up a payment to send money to my son, she said and I quote "I do not know how to do that". There was no sorry, I do not know how to do that, let me ask, nothing like that. The only thing she said was you can send wire, but we will charge you $35.00. Her attitude was the worse I have ever dealt with.Fortunately, that office has other amazing personnel , like Andrew and others, so I will just avoid Clarissa.

why can't you get anything done in a bank. Why does everything have to be online. Guessing it was the manager who thought me Asking for a loan in person was funny. I'm not amused. Beenwith this bank since it was Great Western. Time for a dhange and a real bank!

I opened up a checking and savings account with this bank recently. Got a 600 dollar bonus special deal which was nice. And my mother already Bank's with them and they are very courteous and professional. Andrew Gonzales and his partner helped me and I was very pleased and impressed with their professionalism and positive attitude. Great job.

Just opened a savings and checking account with this bank. My mother already has accounts with them. Very professional and courteous group of bankers. Andrew Gonzales and his partner helped me with the process and I was very happy and impressed. I'm glad to be with chase. Excellent job.

My 95 year old dad needed me to cash a check on his Chase account on the last day he was outside of nursing homes and hospitals before he died. He asked me to go in and cash it for him.as getting out of the car was difficult. Chase wanted to charge me for cashing the check there, and refused to even look at him (they'd have recognized him) sitting in his car in the handicapped spot. That is the opposite of customer support, and I will never use that Chase branch again.

Occasionally need Notary service -they ask me if I have an appointment but never offer to schedule one or the procedure I need to schedule one on my own. Never use anything else but the ATM or online banking .

Terrible customer service full of upsells. Plus the lady cut her finger and bled all over our documents, so that was fun.
