“We stopped in to Old Navy today while visiting the Camarillo Outlets looking for some long sleeve t shirts etc. The summer months are soon upon us so not many stores still have long sleeve cotton t shirts. My wife found several and I got one. The values were terrific and the customer service good as well.

“Nice selection, got a lovely distressed jeans for 70 % off. The promotions are OK, they offer at 'discount', but the price was basically the original price half off. We bought the t-shirt for 18 $ earlier, then they doubled it and say t-shirts are 50 % off.”

“Not the largest selection of clothes but the prices are great. I spent $80 for dresses that retail $300. You can’t beat that. Also, 5 stars for service. People were nice but the best part was that mistakenly a removable strap fell at some point. I called when I got home and Brittany found it mailed it me - can you believe that?! What service!”
“I gave this a five star because of Rosa who works there. I had a baby shower to and came in here twice to find something. If it wasn't for her answering all of my questions and being so nice I don't think I would have bought from there. She should teach other employees how to be kind and show customer service when anyone walks in. I want to say thank you to Rosa of you are reading this for your professionalism and just being a nice human being! Thanks Again! The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because she was the only I experienced being sooo kind.”
“Katie and staff were an absolute God send! I was overwhelmed with two daughters in the store, fully incapable of doing any shopping without their aid. They took time out of their day to show me and my daughters around and help me choose clothes that not only fit them, but that they loved. They even went as far as to recommend accessories and shoes that my daughter‘s loved. Hands-down, the best in-store experience I have ever had shopping with my kids in any store. I will definitely be coming back simply because of the amazing hospitality that Katie and her staff presented my daughters and myself with. Thank you Katie and thank you staff!! You guys made my life 1 million times easier today!”
