I haven't open an account yet to invest into a CD but reading all these one star reviews customer service complaints, not only this Citibank but all of them have one star reviews I'm going elsewhere to invest my money, Thank god for reviews !!

Walked in to make a cash payment on my Citi Visa, and not a single employee could help. Their explanation was that since I didn't have a bank account there, there was nothing they could do for me, it had to be done online, or through the ATM, (Which had a $3k cash deposit limit per month that I'd already exceeded).Congrats, Citi Camarillo, you guys helped solidify my decision to stop using this card, and use another for day to day purchases-Not a problem here.The day you can't walk into a bank, and they won't take your cash, is truly a pathetic day. This is exactly where blockchain and crypto shines, and is sounding the death knoll for institutional banking, especially when they shoot themselves in the foot like this, needlessly. Congrats, Citi, you lost another customer...

They always say hello and are very helpful. There are usually 2 tellers. Very personable people. Sometimes there is a line. But, not often. I'm frequently in and out. They also have an ATM outside, but I have never used it. Parking goes one way. Easy, open, and well lit spot. I like this place.

2 tellers and a bank manager in the bank the day I went in to make a credit card payment. One teller was helping a customer, who was making a large cash deposit. The other teller was seated and stated that her computer was inoperative. However, there were 2 other vacant teller windows / computers. The manager did not even get up and asked her to move to a different computer or say anything about the long wait. After 6 to 7 minutes of watching the one female teller doing absolutely nothing but just sit there I decided to leave.

The best Citibank branch, period. Everyone is super helpful, and polite. But not in a disingenuous way. Caitlyn is wonderful and if I were twenty years younger... well, I digress. All kidding aside, I would recommend this branch above any other.

This review is specifically for the Camarillo branch of Citibank. We love this branch so much that we drive 20 minutes from Ventura (yes, there's a Citibank in Ventura, but it's the opposite of the Camarillo branch) to do our banking there. It's old-fashioned friendly customer service & knowledgeable staff that make all the difference here. Definitely worth the drive!

Service is good but their hours suck in all honesty. 10am - 5pm M-F only does not work for everyone especially for someone like me who works 8-5 M-F. They should have at least Saturday hours even if its a half day that way people can do transactions that require to be actually present at the bank.

Richard is rude! After waiting for the bank to open their doors late, I am greeted by Richard taking his time walking to the door to unlock it. As I'm walking in he says the computers are slow, and will take several minutes to start up and be able to give cash. I replied, I just have a deposit and he replied, same thing. As I wait at the front of the line for at least five minutes with two kids tired of waiting, he looks to the customers BEHIND me and says does anyone have a deposit? Ignoring me and the fact I just told him I have a straight deposit. Maybe Richard and other employees can find the time to come into work a little earlier and get the computers started before opening the doors at 10 instead of after. Some common courtesy on Richard's part would be appreciated. Usually the tellers there are very polite. Seems like good customer service is really hard to find these days, people are annoyed that you werproviding them with your business

This was my first bank in the US. They helped me open an account, staffs were really friendly. I was amazed with the customer service provided by them.
