Would give minus star rating if possible. Awful customer service. Sales person rude and condescending. Questioned info I found on Citizen app, she insisted on being shown info in the rudest manner. Appeared she to have little or no knowledge of app and info. Will never buy from this Citizen Outlet store!

Came here on a Thursday at 630p and it's closed. Sign says 8pm. Really annoying. Wanted to buy watches and other customers came up to the door too. Losing customers like this

Looking for a replacement for my Citizen eco drive watch that was beginning to lose time after 5 years. Tyler was so knowledgeable and reset my old watch to hopefully buy more time. I was so impressed that he didn’t try to sell me a new watch! His honesty was so appreciated! As I have been wearing the same watch every day for the last 5 years I still wanted a new watch. Again he was a huge help. I was able to purchase a new watch at an amazing price, although I will continue to wear the old one until it finally stops. I can’t say enough good things about Tyler and his excellent customer service

I had a horrible experience at fossils watch station international but when I walked into citizen I was greeted very nicely and the lady in there was super nice and attentive to all my questions and insisted I try on some models I said looked good even if she knew I would purchase them today. As a customer if I knew a place that treated a customer with great respect I would be inclined to come back and spend money a good timepiece. Overall I am a big fan of citizen watches as I’ve owned a diamond citizen eco drive for a little over 15 years now and has never skipped a beat, I hope to one day buy one of their other brands.

Received a watch as a gift and came to get it sized, it was free and the gentleman that helpee me was kind and informative. He even offered to have me call back if I had any questions.
