I was struggling to find a pair of 11 shoes. One lady tried to help me but couldn’t find the pair I wanted in the certain style. But then came Luis! He double checked, triple checked, and like magic he found the shoe I was looking for in my size. He was so nice and patient with me. He gave me a perfect customer experience and I hope this doesn’t go noticed. He did a great job and which resulted in this 5 star review.

I bought sandals for my wife last week. Quality is good, but the billing system is not good. I have not received the bill yet; they say we sent it to your email. I went again to get it, but the counter girl could not.

Manager is Unprofessional and have no communication skills
Manger have no idea how to manage a store, after picking up 12 pair of shoes between me and my wife, we left them at the cashier desk and left the store because of the stupidity of the manager. Promotion was 2 for $99 he refused to give me one pair at promotion price, which has no exemption sticker, I found the same shoes selling at Amazon for $43, never will go to that store again.

I like the shoes. The employees seem unhappy. The return policy is strange and inconsistent. Once when I returned shoes the woman accused me of wearing them outside. Not true. Recently when I returned shoes they would not process the return unless I gave them my phone number and email. Why is my info necessary to obtain a refund? Weird policy.

I have worn Clark's casual leather shoes & Bostonian dress shoes since the 60's & 70's when they were the best fashion "Beatle's boots" & "desert boots" aka Wallabies to dress shoes to English style & quality construction that always delivers. I was amazed to find a retail store in Camarillo nestled in a "quiet corner" of the Outlets Mall, overshadowed by the athletic shoe crowd sprinkled throughout.
