Bought lemons by the pound as advertised but they charged me individually which was more expensive. I told them and they did not help. Disappointing service

THIS HAPPENED AT THE WALMART NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET IN CAMARILLO STORE #5664My husband and I were shopping on 6/6/2023 around 9:30pm. We were waiting for the next available self checkout, since all the smaller ones were closed. When we were waiting a worker named Rosario said that there was a lane open. We had stated the person in front of us was already paying and we had already waited. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day and this was the last thing to make her explode, but she said that she will close the lanes if we do not use the other. We stated that we were okay to do the self check out and proceeded to begin scanning. I believe the worker, Rosario, was discriminating against us or we might have been targeted. She proceeded to continue to stand in front of out lane while we scanned, only focusing on what we had bought. There was another guest waiting for the lane she had said was open, but instead she left that lane to stay by us. Once we finished scanning she very loudly, enough for us to hear; "After they are done, I need their receipt." I had said we have it here, but she did not take it. Instead she proceeded to make a scene and practically accused my husband and I of stealing. This event, and this is not the first time this has happened, WITH ROSARIO. She has specifically followed me throughout the store and continues to harass me when I enter this store. This employee needs to be fired. If she is openly continuing this with myself, I wonder how many other customers Rosario targets.

Yesterday I ordered groceries on my cel phone to be picked up at the store. I called it in about 2 o'clock, and was given a time for pick up between six and seven. I was messaged that one item was not available they offered a substitute of which I took. My order was filled before 6 and everything was best of quality exactly what I ordered very pleased with the with the whole experience will do it again

On my last few trips to this store, I realized that the price charged at the check-out register for some items was higher than the shelf price. I let go a few times, but then it started happening on every trip with at least a few items. On my last trip, I brought this to the manager's attention, but she was rude. See the pic of the bread showing the price of $3.98 and the pic of receipt showing that it charged me higher. I know that the difference is a small amount, but I have not been paying attention to the price of everything, and we usually buy a lot more items on every trip.Dear Walmart management (who might care for the business), are we supposed to verify the prices of every item or shall we just stop shopping at your store? What is the scale of this mess? And start hiring store managers who care at least a tiny bit and have some customer service skills.

I prefer going to this Walmart as it is not as busy as the Super Walmart. Parking is also not as crazy. I usually stop here after shopping at the stores down the road.. Nordstrom's Rack, TJ Maxx, Bath and Bpdy Works.. etc. Store is kept clean. Everything is locked up that I usually get at these kinds of store (makeup, teeth whitening, etc) due to a lot of grab and ditching. I have witnessed this about three time or so times at this shopping strip, unfortunately. It usually takes staff a bit to get to ya to unlock the items but I usually find my shade/what I need.

This is definitely one of the best Walmart Neighborhood Markets in Ventura County. It's never crowded, clean, well lit and always has a great inventory. Check out is easy & efficient. Store is also larger than most Neighborhood Markets.

This place is a joke. Girls who are suppose to be cashiers or doing go backs are always just hanging out by the service area. They will cuss in front of older and younger people & give you ugly looks. (UNPROFESSIONAL)

The store is honestly ridiculous.. I shop there a week ago at about 9:15 PM found isles full of products and pallets only to turn and find out that dairy products are sitting out in the open not in the refrigerator the meat department is completely empty but yet boxes of meat sitting in boxes waiting to be put out not refrigerated ice cream and pallets on the floor not in the freezer idk what's happening at this store.. I had an incident occurred today in their store nobody seems to know what is going on? Who the manager is? Nor the general manager honestly the health department needs to get involved with the store because super ridiculous I bought milk from them not too long ago and it was completely expired wow.... A theft occurred today and they told me they had no access to cameras they can't call a manager and it was my loss... Is this how you run a store? I've worked in customer service for so long this is not how you handle a situation I should honestly just contact corporate and have this whole store shut down

What can I say about our neighborhood WalMart? Only one thing! There is a small handful of employees that are hanging in there and hoping that somewhere there is a district Manager that can actually stop managing from their phone. The store is an absolute shambles. The shelves are not stocked. The produce is old. A customer has to ask for someone to open another line. We have shopped there since the day it was opened and watched Wal-Mart lose excellent employees . My husband called the District Manager. Since that call the store has only declined. What a travesty. There are people out of work as well as disgruntled employees at the store. Wal-Mart is greedy and not doing the right thing thing by their very hard working employees obviously as they are running out the door. Why doesn't the District Manager come down and work a month? I have 25 years in Senior Management and find this deplorable. A grocery store without the proper groceries? This is one family that is GONE. We have been there since day one and just can't take it any more.Like my husband communicated to the District Manger, he would rather pay Von's prices. Have the expectation of food on the shelves, a clean store, not constantly asking if your empty spaces in the store is representative of no employees or no ordering?. It seems spending $250 a week is not valued at Wal Mart. As they watch their customer base leave one by one it will add up. Maybe one day corporate will wake up. Unfortunately it maybe too late for that store. Camarillo is an unforgiving market.

Lines here are as bad as bank of America with just as few open registers. More employees walking around talking about how day old bread should be priced while there's 15+ customers in line. Explains why Amazon just took over the top spot for retail sales for the last 12 rolling months.

This store does have rotten produce. When I got home I cut open my bell pepper that I purchased and it was black and disgusting inside. Pretty sure I saw a bug in it but I threw it out too fast and was screaming after seeing the horror so I'm not positive. Also I'm going to say what everyone else is and say they never have any cashiers. This last time there was one woman checking out customers and a LONG line for self check out. I'm happy to do it myself but when they have 4 of the self check outs closed and a bunch of people having to wait AND bag and checkout their own groceries you begin to ask yourself if it's even worth coming here to "save" money. It's poorly managed and the staff is usually very rude! This last time one poor woman on staff was trying to help everyone in the self check out and you can hear 3 other staff members right by customer service just cackling and joking away. Just trust me it's truly not worth the headache.

It's the middle of the afternoon and there is a long line as usual for this store and only ONE cashier open. I asked politely to get another cashier? I was told they were short today and turned away. Raquel is the store manager is apparently "in a meeting " Raquel needs to schedule her employees better. The employee standing by the scan and go (the one I asked) COULD have offered people to help them go through there. Kudos to Orson who kept his patience and great attitude! Need to hire more like him.
