Whenever I need to go shopping, the closest place to Santa Barbara with a decent variety of options are the Camarillo Outlets. I was in dire need of some new shoes that were comfortable, casual, yet were also versatile to wear out in a slightly more formal setting. I thankfully was approached by Vanessa who, by the end, I joked around with as being my "personal shopper" to assist me. They had a fabulous sale going on where you buy two pairs of shoes with a red tag and get 20% off, or you buy three red tag pairs and save 30%! Better yet, it was also a win-win situation because using my American Express credit card I already receive $30 cashback after spending $150 or more. Heck, spending is not the hard part for me! I ended up leaving with three pairs of new shoes: an every day casual pair, an in between semi-casual pair, and some more formal leather shoes for a night out. Then throw in some socks and a belt, and I went crazy! Thankfully Vanessa and I chitchatted and got to know each other. When she learned that I was a nurse she added on a THIRD discount for First Responders! not to mention my first responder discount on top of the already killer deals! I could not pass up the discounts...like anyone else. Vanessa stayed on top of my chaos while still helping other customers, but making me feel like I was the only one shopping. She put away the shoes that I did not care for or that did not fit, which saved me from cleaning up after myself! Excellent customer service!! I know where I will be coming instead of shopping on Zappos where I have to constantly exchange items via UPS.

We went for sizing of Cole Haan shoes because we were going to be ordering online.They don't carry the wide size in the store, but it is available online
