I have left two voicemails and wrote an email over the last week and have not heard back from them. Looks like if they are helping resolve conflicts it's in slow motion. They probably don't charge much but you can tell there's little value to their service.

I contacted the VCDS in October for a mediation about a tenant dispute. After several emails and phone conversations with Jill the program manager, she said in November she would contact the rental company. Then I have heard nothing, I tried email, voicemail, even asked her to please just reply "NO", any courtesy response. Nothing no response from her. At least let me know what happened. NEVER use this group!
